They have made several attempts to explain to the family what Jahi's current situation is. I don't think it's the hospital staff that is the problem here. I think the family is convinced the hospital staff are liars and choose not to listen to them.
actually, disinformation is a word, especially in conspiracy theory... i know this because i am into all things illuminati. usually paired with 'agents of', disinformation refers to a selective and strategic campaign to provide misleading information to the public.

i do think that queena meant misinformation, but disinformation may also apply with the right to life folks using this as an opportunity to push their agenda.
