Witness Surdyka is on. She said it was "pouring rain" and wondered why someone was out in it. Someone likely will pick up on the word "pouring", as others did not indicate this.

I am curious, how many of you would have gone out to help if you would have heard what was going on?
TM was minding his own business. Had GM stayed put none of this would have escalated to the point it did. To me that is the crux of this entire thing. had GM used some sense instead of the whole I am gonna show that thug who always gets away, it wouldn't have happened. GM's actions directly resulted in the death of TM. To me that is why he should be convicted.
I probably would not have....single mom....my child has no other parent. Just being honest.

I've done the "good Samaritan" thing before and it's a pain in the ass. You know that saying "No good deed goes unpunished"? Well it's true. Look at the witnesses in this case, they're having their lives dragged under the microscope, as witnessed by that article WT linked about Rachel Jeanel.
So, no I don't think I'd have intervened physically. I might have let a roar at them to quit it, but beyond that...no.

She went into "I guess so mode". Her testimony has revealed a couple of things. If she saw GZ get "off" TM, and TM was face down, did she not question how he got shot in the chest. Also, she decided on voice recognition even though she had never heard either one ever speak previously, so she assumed who was who.
He was asking her what she "believed" and she tells him over and over, he does not like her answer but it is her answer
The answer to any question is NOT "I guess so". So yes, her answers were not there.
omg, he is obnoxious. I know he is def and wants to put words in her mouth but he is going to far and looking like a goof. She was an excellent witness and held her own. Prosecution is getting in the swing finally and objecting well.
