Ok, on NG, some woman just said that there is a possibility of recalling a witness; the guy who verified the phone sex tape; but she doesn't know why.

The fact that there are 7 recordings that Jodi made, makes the whole thing extra creepy. I wonder if Travis knew about any of them? I also wonder why we haven't heard about the contents. I mean, okay it's probably unrealistic and unfair to put the jury through 7 sex tapes, but I'm surprised we haven't heard the contents at least.

The thing that stuck with me (and I hope it will during deliberations, in the minds of the jurors) that the interview with JA's father was right after they learned of her arrest for the murder of Travis. He mentions how Jodi would lie to them, from ABOUT the age of 14 onward. The defense, and Ms LV always stress context.......so, this statement needs to be taken in the context of when and how it was given. He is expressing shock, that she could possibly do something like that.....questioning her behavior, character. It's THEN that he mentions Jodi's tendency to lie. This was spur of the moment. And the fact that his brain made that connection, and he spit that out during questioning, tells me that this was a major issue with her, and not the "normal teen behavior" that JW and ALV would have us believe.

Yep, Sneakers is on this one. Wasn't the allegedly "stolen" phone actually found about 2 years later (in 2010?) under the seat of a family member's car? I think in court they said whoever found the phone had given it to Jodi's aunt, because I remember Jodi pointing out her aunt in the gallery.

I think she said there were 6-7 other recorded messages but I figured they were inconsequential since no further mention was made of them. Maybe JM wants to introduce them in light of something Alyce LV may have testified to?

We should totally start a separate thread with a pool for when this trial finally ends. I'm guesstimating around mid June at this point.

I have to say that would be the case. I could hear him a lot better when he objected while sitting at the desk. To tell you the truth, I listened intently to Juan but when Palin took over, I just focused on the jury and Stabby and Nurmi's staring at them. I have to tell you, for the guys in here, Palin is pretty hot even with her bald spot. She walked right past me, looked great in the suit! Oh, and Samantha...I think that's her name, very cute girl.

Did you notice Jenny's shoes? Peep toes, sling backs and had to be at least 5 inch heels...can you tell I like shoes?

Okay, a quick recap of my experience...Juan is a very small man! Nurmi is freaking huge! Stabby is a waif at this point, really tiny. i watched her watch the jurors when they exited and she really is studying close....I also walked out for the 10 minute recess with Flores. I did not say anything because I was warned by a trial regular to be very careful what you say even when not in the courtroom. I have no pictures, sadly because that same trial regular told me that they watch for people even outside taking pictures and will make you delete them on the spot.
