Or was it some other legal to stand on w no one to come in? tapping my toes to see what happens. : ) Would Juan pull a trick, sure, all attys do but it remains to be seen if this is one he speaks but leaves hanging in their minds. Bad news if that is the case imo. Then again, we all know jurors aren't suppose to consider what attys say, but we also know... they do it anyway.

Can they still bring witnesses on at this point? Did he reserve the right to call McCartney? I missed that part of the trial.

He has managed to confuse, deflect, and draw them far away from the murder! All you have to do is run around the net and you will see its worked well with so many focusing on his sex diversion! I also agree with Denn...in that particular pic, water is definitely running down his face....but the shower door is closed. You can see water droplets and spray all over the glass as well as glare. The next one in sequence, the door is open.

Yes, he will bring witness on in his rebuttal stage. I haven't found a complete list but I know he has a shrink coming in [to counter her experts probably].
Matt has never been called yet so Juan wouldn't need to reserve anything on him. Matt is on the DEF lists. I think what you see with JM bringing him up is .. he is warning the DEF, bring him on and aon cross exam, I will smash him to pieces.

Thanks I get pretty passionate myself too often I suppose. I don't want this family to feel the burn of an unjust verdict and have to live with that on top of everything else. I know they know nothing can bring back their loved one, but the 'end' picture stays with you for life. For them I pray that picture is what they have said they want, a needle in Jodi's arm.

One being that POS Doug Grant, only ended up getting 5 yrs. And it has to be said, it also looks like he gets the worst of the worst, which shouldn't be too hard to prosecute on a few too. Andriano for one, woman poisioning and bludgeioning her cancer dying husband. That's the other woman he got on death row. Interesting detail in that case is, can you imagine, that dumb ass jury was even hung for awhile on the DP! Eventually they got it right though.

OMG - I just had a thought after someone drew what they thought would be the image in the reflection of Travis' eye.

I WONDER if she did not braid her hair for the simple reason there would not be any to grab or would be less likely to leave traces behind if she put it in a braid! Does that make sense? She had her hair braided to prevent it from being left behind if it were pulled out.

I'm worried. Who is trying to help her with that stupid question about Travis picking up the camera after he's been shot in the head? WTF, only an idiot would think a man shot in the head is picking up anything let alone carrying it around for photos. There were stupid questions early on that worried me we have some complete idiot on this jury. One example is which ever one asked did you find the knife AFTER it had been told to them THREE times, the weapons were never found in testimony. Now we get pedo questions AFTER Juan spent an entire half day proving it was impossible for that masterbation story to be true.

Sony H9 dose not have that kind of timer. It only has a one shot delay type with two settings like you use if you want to be in the pic and that means it only takes one then its done.
