I have a question about the myspace comments. What were some of the other comments left between Chad and Travis? I do find it somewhat weird if their only comments to each other were 'homo' innuendos. Don't get me wrong, I know a ton of straight dudes who use homo banter with their friends. If this is the only comments between the two, it kind of makes me think there was some homo sexual tension that may have never been acted on. Now, if those comments were few and far between, that's a different story, but the way it is presented here, it appears like those are the only comments between the two.

Most people here know that I'm a homo myself and I don't even use that much homo banter with friends.

I also think there is some truth to Jodi's lies. Don't most people agree there is some truth to most lies? Not just Jodi's? Like when we all watched her interrogation. Everyone was commenting on how they felt she was telling some truth as to how Travis was murdered. The ninja story? How Travis was on his knees? My question is why does everyone believe she was telling some truths to the murder, even though the story was outrageous, yet, no one is believing her outrageous allegations of abuse and the kiddie porn?


Genuine question here. I'm looking for different perspectives and opinions. I'm not looking to argue or call each other names. I have not kept up with this case like other members have, so I am genuinely looking for answers. I'm not supporting Jodi. I'm merely asking questions.

I think the reason we feel the pedo stuff is false is the same way we know the ninjas are false. It's not that there isn't truth in her stories, I'm sure Travis did like role play with her and he did whack off. Just like the ninja story had truths in it, but the ninjas were the lies. The same thing kind of applies to the pedo allegations and their sex life together. How can I explain this?

So when she told the ninja story, we already had facts to compare it with. Objective facts from the investigation. When we heard her story, it was easy to see how she knew things like where the murder took place, what weapons were used, how he was injured, etc. those things matched up with the facts of the investigation. We could also see where there were holes, when things strayed from the objective info from the investigation.

Likewise, when the details of their sex life come out, we see the same thing. There are plenty of things being corroborated, and I don't doubt they both liked to get freaky. The investigation shows that, too. But we have yet to see anything that goes beyond them both getting freaky, and into the realm of sexual abuse and demeaning or deviant behavior from Travis. The pedo stuff is like the ninjas, a lie amongst the truth of their freakiness. She thinks she can use the known sexual encounters to make her rape and pedo lies seem believable, and alter reality in her favor.

Jodi's family that Insession talked with said that Jodi is just VERY emotional today. They said she was a mess and testifying has taken a toll on her.
