....talk about commercials. Have you seen the one for the 4ft Teddy Bear? I seriously thought it was a fake commercial (like a parody) at first.

mikewatkiss3tv Suspense builds in Arias case-much maneuvering behind closed doors-out of sight of jury-Arias in tears-Juan Martinez all smiles #JodiArias
JM had that offer before the trial and he rejected it. If it's a deal, the prosecution wouldn't settle for and less than premeditated murder and any more than taking the death penalty off the table. Life with no possibility of parole. At this point, it's all speculation on my part.![]()
Connie Van Curen @connievc
Anyone thinking #JodiArias is going to fake an illness or something that will delay cross examination?
Yep
What if travis's family asked the DA for a plea to be offered so they do not have to listen to her trash him anymore. its a cop out, but it will let them retain their good memories (or whats left of them) of travis?
she has her arms crossed she looks pissed.
and travis's family was spotted smiling about something.
I won't feel sorry for me, I'm getting drunk
But I'd much rather be somewhere with you
It sounds like just the sort of crap the defense team would pull.
If that's the case, I'm surprised the judge didn't side with them. She is waaayyyy too lenient with the defense.
I could see Martinez saying something like "if you only play part of it, I will play all of it on cross. It will just be a waste of the court's time."
That would explain Hodi's tears (for herself) and her pissy arm crossing.
Jodi's family that Insession talked with said that Jodi is just VERY emotional today. They said she was a mess and testifying has taken a toll on her.
from Twitter:
So Jodi Arias wouldn't date a smoker but she'd date a homosexual kiddie porn woman beater?
Yeah, the family friend that talked with InSession was Donovan Bering![]()
