The Phoenix Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a 35-year-old Phoenix man who was reported missing Tuesday, according to police.

Joseph Hight, 35, was last seen on Sept. 27 in the block of 1800 E. Grovers St. in Phoenix, a Phoenix Police Department statement said.

Police say friends and family are concerned for Hight's welfare and reported him missing Tuesday.

Police are investigating the location where Hight was last seen to see if foul play is a factor, the statement said.

Anyone with information about Hight's whereabouts should call the Phoenix Police Department's Violent Crimes Bureau at 602-262-6141 or Silent Witness at 480-W-I-T-N-E-S-S.
