On the gun issue, I just talked to (I live in the South where people are batshit crazy for guns) my boss who is a proud lifetime NRA member (UGH but in this instance useful). He said it is not required to carry a concealed weapon with a live round in it unless it is a revolver. He also indicated you are not TAUGHT to carry a gun with a live round in it. If it has a safety mechanism he says most people do (which I still think isn't safe, but that is just my opinion). Like with a Glock (not sure of spelling here) you wouldn't cause it doesn't have a safety mechanism.

Yeah. I went through gun training when I studied criminal justice, and we were specifically trained to not carry a live round. But, other states and training programs can be different.

It is laughable that one person uses the term MMA style and everyone picks it up and runs with it. Is there any evidence that Trayvon has this type of training? Or that he was even a fan??

Going to be really interesting to watch Zimmerman and his team explain why Zimmerman said after he shot Trayvon he turned him over onto his back and spread his arms out to restrain him but Trayvon was found face down and his arms were under him.
