The same evidence that it kicked out of the gun and landed in that spot. None. Just like Martinez' theory.

IMO, I always felt like there wasn't a trail through the blood, like the casing fell straight down. If it had been kicked around, wouldn't it have made a trail through the blood not settled? They eject sideways then fall so it's not a stretch that the blood was so thick after the hall struggle that when she shot him it was already thickening up. The last picture to my knowledge was the one where she is standing over his body. God knows how long she took to finally shoot him in the face. There is no photographic trail for that.

Nope, got out of the elevator then turned around like 2 minutes later and bailed.

    Exactly!

Couldn't tell, she was very far away from where the spectators are sitting at and I didn't want to run over there to get in her face...hehe!

Just don't put her in your will or make her your beneficiary on any life insurance policies!

She's not aging well. She's needs to start wearing a hat and stay out of the that AZ sun. I had her pegged for late thirties and maybe early forties.

No matter how it got there, it is not 100% guaranteed that it ejected and landed there. Applying reasonable doubt to this act. It could easily have gotten kicked and stuck to that blood without hitting any other blood.

Ok, you got a good point there. BUT the shelf life for breast implants is around 10 years, and they will have to be removed. We know she won't have the $300 to replace them, and she probably won't be able to get a passport to Mexico for a cheaper surgery. So again..assume she's out of prison, breastless, and perfectly Jodi in every other way. Would you invite her to a nice dinner? Get her drunk and sleep with her? Although the one stipulation would be that you'd have to be her boyfriend forever and ever. What do you think?

There's no reasonable doubt (in my mind) about premeditation. I could give a shit about the order it was done. She planned to murder him and she accomplished it. She knew the throat slit would seal the deal.

Reasonable doubt isn't any and all doubt.

The story that makes more sense is that the bullet landed in the blood after Travis had bled. Stabby is either the unluckiest person in the world to have all these little details that make it look like premeditation, or the more likely choice, she premeditated Travis's murder.

I was asking from memory of a brief juror 8 glimpse we got in the courtroom the other day. Don't have a snap of him to do a side by side.

There are quite a few people that think she was the unluckiest damsel in the world, I think.

I understand that but look at it from the point of view of someone on the jury that is wavering about pre-meditation, which is currently happening - (they should have come out today if it was unanimous). That person looks at things like this scenario that the prosecution describes and thinks, 'well if he has no proof about how the casing got there, how can I be sure about other things he said that are iffy such as the gunshot killing him. Another mistake as there are countless examples of gunshots to the head that didn't kill a person. Martinez is saying it would have killed him. It may not have. The other night I read about a case where this guy shot 3 people in the head in a home invasion. They all lived.

You are an idiot. Just because the jury didnt come back with a verdict today doesn't mean they think the murder wasn't premeditated. You have no idea what they are thinking. I am willing to hear out other people's opinion-including coconuts-but when you say Travis deserved to be "carved up" well that's when I get pissed!

Well good! Probably means they are not taking this lightly, not that I ever thought they were! I've never served on a jury, and wouldn't find myself in a Death Penalty case of course, but the responsibility must feel huge. I know if it was me, and I had an impression of a verdict as the trial progressed, I would still want to be very, very, thorough! Cross all the t's and dot all the i's! This case has been a lot of time out of these jurors lives, and an extensive investment of their time, and selves! Just hope they get it right!
I did make it to my destination! And I was only out of the loop for a total of about 40 mins- which consisted of take-off and landing. Now I have to worry about the verdict coming in while I'm in my training! Gah! I really do still feel they will come back with the verdict tomorrow. I'll have to try to sneak peeks at twitter and txt messages throughout the day.

Before today, I thought that if they didn't come back with a verdict by Wednesday, I'll be worried. But after waiting all day today, I think I'm gonna' start worrying if they don't come back with one tomorrow. Oh the torture of waiting....and waiting...!

Glad you made it back home safely!

I would have signed a plea years ago to avoid this disaster, but I was refused a plea as the State and the family refused to settle.

He didn't say the bullet would have killed Travis. He said it would have incapacitated him to the point that he was unable to fight back, stand, or attack Jodi (if you believe her self-defense story).

People survive gun shots to the head. That doesn't mean that they were capable within seconds (remember the time of the camera. Every second here counts) of wrestling with someone, or that they could have stood without assistance, or that they could have fought as hard as Travis did to save himself, or to walk and crawl as far as he did.

Speaking of another case I watched, a man shot another man in the back of the head (from a distance) with a shotgun. The man fell, but he didn't die. He was trying to crawl, but he couldn't stand.

I think it would have been similar for Travis. He may have been able to move, but I don't think he could have stood up and fought.

And you're right, there is someone who may be holding out, but for all we know, the idiot who asked if Travis's roommates had alibis may be on the jury. For all we know, they are unconvinced that Jodi even committed the crime.
