I read about the prison where Jodi will be incarcerated. It said death row inmates are allowed 2 appliances each. I could not find an explanation of what was meant by "appliances". Perhaps Jodi can get a supersonic dildo as one of her two appliances?

I worked at a Courthouse, with Judges, closely, when I was younger, and OMG, I can't even imagine behaving the way these two do in court. Unbelievable... Getting impatient with the Judge?! Are you kidding me!

Jail is where people serve their sentence for a misdemeanor crime. Prison is where people serve their sentence for a felony crime.

Jail is where the accused are held until they are convicted, IF they cannot afford bail. Sometimes, they can be held without bail though.

If Jodi is found guilty of a felony (murder), she will be transported to Prison, where it's more of a long term affair, and MUCH easier to do the time. Long term facilities (prison), let inmates get REALLY comfortable, conjugal visits, televisions, lots of freedom, and some prisons let inmates have pet cats! They get all sorts of personal belongings and they have relationships, do drugs, party, etc. It's a crazy society where some Correction Officers will take bribes (money or sex) to look the other way about certain things.

Jail is "short term" usually up to a year, and since it also holds all the suspects, there's a lot more turn-over, people coming and going. You don't build life-long relationships/friendships so much, and you get less comforts/amenities.

Doesn't sound a ALL where this bitch belongs! She should stay in jail then. Although I am going to look into what AZ prisons are like. I can't imagine it'd be that comfortable for them. That alone is a crime and outrages me!

For me its Sam Adams tonight and then after tomorrows closing argument, I will treat myself to some gooooood wine. WHOS IN?!

I think we will ALL feel awesome tomorrow (I know there will be tears during the day) but after, when Juan is done with his closing! Let's celebrate!

Im getting so frustrated watching this. This trial has turned into tests, personality disorders, which dr is "better" or "smarter", Did she have PTSD or BPD? UGH! I reallllly hope the jury just puts all this bullshit aside and remembers that this case is pretty damn simple: She killed Travis, admittedly, OVERKILLED, and she KNEW the difference between right and wrong at the time she did it. Plain and simple. I dont care what this bitch has, I really dont. I know plenty of people with BPD and I have seen people with PTSD as well. They haven't stabbed their exes 20 something times. Or slit their throat. Or shot them. And then covered their asses (or attempted to). For me its that simple: Murder is wrong. She knew this. She PLANNED it. She tried to cover it. She got caught. The end.

cuz in regular prison in arizona you can get as much as you can buy - oj bought a tv for his cell from the prison store and had a superbowl party

Jodi will not be able to worship the phallic statue in prison. They don't even serve women hot dogs due to their propensity to misuse them...(ick, another thing ruined). Inmates in AZ can only buy tv's and such that are sold in the commissary because they have to be clear plastic... Maybe sharper image has an aisle in the commissary and se can get a 'neck massager'.

That is exactly how I felt when I got home from work last night and had set Dr Drew to record (cuz Skye Hughes was on), and I go to watch it and there's only the first 9 minutes recorded!!! He's lucky I didn't punch him in the THROAT! And that Dr Drew was on again at 2am, so I reset that shit, and told him if he touched my TV again, I'd break his damn fingers! Its been in session for almost 8 hours

In that case I crashed JUST as it was starting. Of all the days for my insomnia to finally wear off. How very unlike me to do things completely arse-up. Geez, I was awake til 5.30am all the days they were off!!
