This trial should have ended on 4/20...that would have been perfect.

If Jodi is found guilty of a felony (murder), she will be transported to Prison, where it's more of a long term affair, and MUCH easier to do the time. Long term facilities (prison), let inmates get REALLY comfortable, conjugal visits, televisions, lots of freedom, and some prisons let inmates have pet cats! They get all sorts of personal belongings and they have relationships, do drugs, party, etc. It's a crazy society where some Correction Officers will take bribes (money or sex) to look the other way about certain things.

Jail is "short term" usually up to a year, and since it also holds all the suspects, there's a lot more turn-over, people coming and going. You don't build life-long relationships/friendships so much, and you get less comforts/amenities.

If I were to commit a crime and get caught and convicted, I would much prefer to do that time in Prison, personally. Hope that shed some light on your question.
    unless you live in california

dr murray is spending his entire sentence in county cuz of new laws

Yes, the dark haired younger one. There is a younger blonde one who's the spitting image of TA.

The witness burped once, spilled water twice and said "oh shit".

That pretty much covers the highlights.

Also, is it normal for an attorney to make a comment about the objection before the judge rules? It seems a lot of the time when JM objects, JW will try to clarify or say something before the judge even rules on the objection.

My husband whom knows me so damn well, even tho he hates Jodi and this case, actually brought me a "celebration tool" for verdict day. It's in the safe, waiting patiently... He can't wait, just to smoke it, but I can't wait to watch her flip out on verdict day and get zapped! Might need two... Lol! ;)

Good lord, she actually slammed her hand down on the desk when Juan objected. Her temper tantrums are out of control.

I saw that too, I think she was rolling them because of all of Juans objections though, but still, unprofessional.

Jails are smaller facilities, usually run by a county or sheriffs office. They also have holding cells in individual towns and cities police stations. They are meant for holding someone short term (usually a year or less) and are mostly used to house someone until they can post bail and go before a judge, or holding those who have not yet been convicted. Prisons are for longer term sentencing and are where most convicted offenders are transferred to serve their sentences. Prisons are divided into categories of state and federal. Further subdivided into minimum, medium, and maximum (or super max) depending upon their capacity and capabilities of the population of offenders they can adequately house.
