Give me some time to find it as I was going through a ton of videos catching up on testimony I missed in January and stumbled across it ......photos of penis were introduced by defense and alleged to have been photos Travis sent to her. I am o n sensory overload now but will retrace my steps and respond when I find it.

Since this thread was so slow I read transcripts of the police interrogation with Flores and the female.officer.on another site. JA asked to see the crime scene photos at least six times, three times to each detective.
Also Darryl obviously was misrepresenting in his testimony (well actually lying). I also believe the penis pictures are his because since all you could see was his hands and the fingers in the penis photos clearly are his.

There's something fishy about her checking her myspace at Darryl's. The way he questions her about things like the remote ending up in her car, there's always meaning behind it. Like he's toying with her. He did the same thing with his email questions. Perhaps they have proof that she hacked into Travis' myspace or email account from Darryls? It starts at about 16:55

I noticed this too and have it parked waiting to see if JM does more with it. JM is hard to peg that way because sometimes he spends time on something and it never gets mentioned again and other times like with Darryl he repeats Mesa several times then bam, hits with it a main point. I hope him bringing in the computer guy does more than verify something already known. But then he could just be to address something about JAs Canon camera since the Def made a big deal about testing it.

Your other post is spot on! Def has muddied the waters with meaningless debris. Some can be so optimistic and only see what favors the prosecution. I'm a skeptic.
Some said JM will get them on cross, then it was JM will tie it up on rebuttal, now he'll clarify it all on close. What all that means is JM has a lot left to clarify and get back to the murder.

Scott Peterson's was behind him 100%. Eventually she came around and ended up writing a book, laying out everything she knew. My guess is all 3 of these clowns: Bobby, Matt and Darryl will come out with books. And that Donavan will too!

Exactly! She had heard the ME's testimony (many days earlier) about the bullet trajectory and had already told her story about Travis bodyslamming her, now she had to modify this one detail to try to fit the evidence.



Here is our gal demonstrating the linebacker pose for the jury.

That was a perfect opportunity for Martinez to point out the fact that with Jodi shooting Travis in that position, the bullet trajectory would have been front-to-back, even with him crouched down low, but the ACTUAL trajectory was downward, from just above his left eyebrow to the right cheek. It was fired downward from above, standing over him. He had her, right there, in front of the jury. It would have been so easy, a true BOMBSHELL! moment.

But for some reason, in a not-so-SuperJuan moment, he left that point unmade. Just stopped right there after the pose.

The ME's testimony had been many days (and much lurid and mind-numbing testimony) before. Why in the world did he let that opportunity pass him by? Why leave it to the jurors to connect those (widely separated) dots? There was no reason, strategy-wise, for him to have left that out.

I know, 'just wait until closing, he'll tie it all together with a big red bow'. All I can say is, he damn well better.

Well look at DB fingers vs Travis' s fingers. There is that photo of him with that beast at the dinner and he has his fingers on his chin I think and his fingers look less chunky. But wasn't that guy (expert) a doofus?

I did watch it, and I'm glad you pointed it out. I did not catch that during the original testimony at all, because I was mostly listening that day, rather than watching. Not sure what Jodi was doing, but it clearly was something significant that she did not want to come out.

The scary thought is we get to review day in and day out, the jury doesn't until deliberations so it would be impossible for them to see every little thing like we do. I'm not so sure the jury saw the discrepancy, there had been a lot of time and a lot of testimony thrown at them since Dr. Horn...Jodi's 18 days on the stand, all the sex stuff...Also, I think rebuttal is limited to points that were brought up by the defense, Dr. Horn and the linebacker pose were both introduced by Pros. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not exactly a legal scholar here...

But on the subject of the gun, on interrogation tape 16, Flores tells her he thinks she shot Travis while he was sitting in the shower, that is what he says the evidence shows. That would give the trajectory credence. In what position would the lifeless body have to be for that trajectory? Because I think when he is stuffed back in the shower, he is facing the opposite direction. If he was prone, or lying face down, the shot would go from front to back or back to front. Just curious what you guys with the high IQ's think!
(also, imo she used both weapons to make it look like two people were involved, she mentions a few times it would take two to take Travis down)

You are right here, rebuttal would have to be on something the def covered. I'm no lawyer but, defense definately went in to when he was shot, so I would think that is enough to allow Horn back in to testify about Travis being shot.

Can jury see Stabby or her actions at Defense table? Or does Nurmi block her with his reclining? Courtroom is so big, maybe that's strategic. Re-watched the Purple Plum part of video - I missed so much that day. I now understand how Disco Donna got her name. Poor JM, it was like pulling teeth with D witnesses, and with so much he can't say, I give him credit. Must be very frustrating for him to know so many details and not be able to bring them up. I have a better understanding after watching a second time, just with ALV. Hope we find out more details after trial. Jury will be shocked if they discover all of the information that was not presented to them if they look online after this trainwreck is over.

I've wonder that a million times. I doubt all of them can and the ones that can probably not very well is my guess. What she does isn't really important to the guilt phase, jury should be focused on facts not batshit crazy antics. But where I disagree with the layout, court allowing defendants to 'hide' from the jury is when it is a DP case and the jury is to consider things like remorse and the ability to observe her would have helped them with that decision. I comfort myself with, she can run but she can't hide. Be it behind a Christmas tree or hair .... her end is near.

I wonder if that is his experience at work or if he consulted a shrink on how to drill crazy witnesses. I hope he will agree to a good interview after this is over.
