JM and Flores wanted to buy it is legit, why not it helped their case. But I could see her double jointed too and faking it all. For a true injury from any event, it fluctuates to much, totaly inconsistant from one minute to the next is what stands out most to me. I caught her practicing one day! lmao

Suprised Jodi didn't say they had to eat the popsicles from the freezer really fast so Travis could make the splint. It's just all getting to be too outlandish with the finger. Couldn't believe ALV heard another version. What are we up to now 7 stories from her? Then, in another part of her testimony ALV states as fact that TA broke her finger in DV altercation. WTF?
I don't think so. You said, "The judge is the only neutral person in the room".
Definition of neutrality: the state or position of being impartial or not allied with or committed to either party or viewpoint in a conflict. This is what the jurors are supposed and expected to be.

Somewhere along the way, I want to say I remember reading that if she is found quilty [jury doesn't believe abuse] then it couldn't be an issue for mitigation. I might be remembering it wrong in the mix of so much so don't hold me to that. If I find it again, I'll post it.

okay, as you are "crickets" I can see that maybe you find it offensive that I mention flees!. I meant no disrespect. "dogs have souls too" (according to Jodi) so by extension, I should give flees the same deference and respect.
so solly! my bad. I apologize to any and all insects.
ps: the violin icon was a close as I could come to crickets rubbing (their heals?????) idk........

Thanks I did not know that. When I first started taking an interest in this case, I saw the post mortem pics of Travis and thought-wow the person who did this to him had to have cut themselves somewhat badly considering the knife used was a large one and the blood must have made it slippery.
Yeah, my knee improved a little with PT, but when I stretch my legs out, I can clearly see the one knee is turned slightly. My lower leg doesn't align properly either. It's really freaky.
Jodi's finger has been straight several times, which I don't think would be a tendon injury, right? If a tendon is damaged, wouldn't it be nearly impossible to make it straight?
I believe she cut herself the day she killed Travis. I think she jacked her finger up sometime later, and decided it would be an excellent 'example' of abuse.

I saw that video before and roared, she switches hands to do it too, it was so funny.
Depends, it is possible with time and excercises to stretch the tendon back out bring something like that back. This took someone I know years to do but their finger did become 'normal' again. It would ache and stiffen some when like putting her hands in cold water but for the most part, corrected in use and appearance.
This is what's in Wendi's appeal case from the supreme court
?70 Although Andriano presented some evidence that she was
a domestic violence victim, we assign little weight to this
mitigating circumstance, in part because it is not related to
the murder. See Roque, 213 Ariz. at 231, ? 169, 141 P.3d at 406
(?[T]he relationship between mitigating evidence and the murder
may affect the weight given to the mitigating evidence.?)
(citation omitted); State v. Newell, 212 Ariz. 389, 405, ? 82,
132 P.3d 833, 849, cert. denied, 127 S. Ct. 663 (2006). The
evidence established that Andriano did not kill Joe while
defending against a domestic violence attack. Instead, she
poisoned her terminally ill husband, struck him in the back of
the head twenty-three times, and slit his throat. Joe posed no
threat to Andriano at the time of the attack because he was so
weak from the poison and chemotherapy that he could not get up.

I believe ALV was supposed to be for mitigation but now Disco Donna is mitigation specialist. If jury finds her guilty, ALV won't be any part of mitigation. Guilty verdict means ALV did not convince them of DV. I am stumped as to why she was listed for mitigation in the first place.
Is Jodi double jointed?

It's two different roles. Alyce would of only been a witness for mitigation, not the required case team member in the role of mitigation specialist. In DP cases a Mit Spec is required, a witness would not be 'required'. If they bring AL back their crazy and I bet they know that.
ABA
Guideline 10.4 (C)(2)(a). In fact, the ABA Guidelines require every
criminal defense team facing a capital punishment sentence have at the
minimum two attorneys, a private investigator, and a mitigation specialist.
