I did not question you or any posters for that matter. Not sure how you believe you are able to determine my understanding of karma when you do not even know me. Perhaps you miscontrued my intent, but when I said public shaming, I meant examples such as the Stubenville Case where Anonymous leaked the video of the boy talking about the "rape" and the reaction that followed it. That was brilliant. I am referring to the Cop who knocked the cyclist of the bike in NYC and tried to say that he was attacked. Video showed later the opposite and the cop was charged. Or after the November election, when Jezebel.Com posted all the racists tweets about the President and the spotlight was shined upon those sick individuals. While not perfect, sometimes the internet can be useful tool when the justice system fails us or can be used to expose those who need to be exposed thus hopefully making people more aware of their own actions and words. As far as porn, that was more of a joke, but even if it wasn't, I don't think their is any direct correlation between people who watch porn and bad karma. So please in the future, don't make it personal, and maybe ask questions before judging.
I was referring to the lynch mob who enjoys hounding or cyberstalking or trolling people relentlessly on the internet. If that's what the internet was made for, count me out (for the record, I do not believe that's what it was made for).

This kind of behavior really pisses me off and I'm not sorry that it does. It may not be what you were referring to, but it is what is going on with Alyce LaViolette. I don't even like her and it still sickens me.

The comment about Karma was made because what you described is not Karma, it's vigilantism.

might be a tricky issue for the judge since JA technically is not tweeting. Donovan is. Interesting problem for a judge in this social media era.

he's a defense attorney-- 99% of them don't have the gene to acknowledge a Prosecutor can do a good job... but he did say this trial is ALL about death penalty mitigation, which many defense attorneys have agreed with. In other words conviction is a given... the only thing in doubt is DP vs LWOP.

On the other hand if it's true, and it's through Donavan it shows how hostile she is especially with the middle finger comment. Inappropriate behavior in court, especially during a murder trial.

That might be true some of the time. There's a few cases he didn't get what he asked for. Some people leap to make him an Idol of some kind. I don't. He's a professional with good record, not perfect but good. I respect his efforts, his professionalism and his passionate commitment to stand as the voice of the victim. I don't disrespect that by idolizing every move he makes or sextify him. He works hard, that is commendable no matter the outcome imo.

That defense attorney is fair. He's stated that he's sympathetic towards Juan, and from the way he's talking, he has a friendly relationship with JM. He's only stating what he knows as far as courtroom techniques and using his experience against JM as an example.

I was going to also point that out, because if that is her twitter and she's praising that website .. you're gonna have a bad time.

You think JM is rough. HAHA. The DA from texas that did the "blue eye butcher" was a brutal DA. She even climbed on a dummy/human in court to show how the woman stabbed her husband. It was awesome!!! Here's a short video of that moment.

I said last night that the crime scene showed extreme hate... it could very well be that in her Psychotic state it was more of a thrill kill. Frenzied for sure, but more of an emotional rush than actual hate. What do you think?

I meant doesn't seem fair she can be tweeting thoughts behind bars, even if Donovan is the one doing it. I wouldn't think it'd be part of what the jury sees.

Can you imagine those jurors whatever they decide on when they are released from duty they will find ALL of the stuff we have seen and know about Jodi. And how wonderful Travis really was. Prejudicial or not. Anything not let into the trial they will see. I hope they make the decision that won't lead them to regret later when they do see how crazy this woman is and how she does deserve the DP.

You do realize Karma is highly subjective and is not as black and white as you are making it out to be, right? To some, the Amazon Book reviews is indeed Karma and well deserved. Also, the "internet was invented for" line was tongue in cheek, I was hoping that following it with "porn" would have driven that point home but perhaps it didn't. Anyways, I am sure people are crossing the line out there with language and threats and whatnot, which is obviously wrong, but it's not fair to lump that into well deserved and thoughtful criticism that is happening. To do as such would be generalizing, which is a mistake.

You're not quoting, but since you're on mobile it should be an alright exception. I mean, at least I have no problem with it. Earlier in the year I was in the same position as a long time lurker, so... welcome aboard.

I have some friends that work at a women's jail in SO CAL and I have been told that female inmates are 100 times worse than male inmates as far as their behavior and hygiene: quite a lot of them prefer not to bathe, they use their pee & poop as weapons and then there the whole menstruation thing........ they are not allowed to use tampons only pads and when you have a large population of females on their periods with poor hygiene........ you can imagine the horrid odor! I'm also told that body cavity searches happen all the time because of inmate stashing things in their vaginas & bungholes, the officers are at times, overcome with with the urge to vomit and in the experiences of my friends, they have learned to joke a lot to deal with the grossness of their job. I'll ask about the razors but I think they are allowed to use a specific type of disposable razor but they are counted and kept track of.
