Alyce put herself in this situation. No one forced her to take the stand to defend (with every ounce of her being, might I add?) the nation's current most outrageous murderer in front of the entire world. The majority of people who earn wages at $300 p/hr have to put in a lot of hard work to get their check. She is no exception. Make her work for it. I equate her whining and running to the ER to someone yelling the 'n' word in a shopping mall and trying to sue everyone who proceeds to beat the shit out of him.

If you put yourself in the spotlight, and you happen to be on the wrong side of things, you put yourself in the spotlight. That is all.

Another thing I noticed was the entry wound to the forehead from the gunshot. No stippling from point blank range, could she have used a pillow to silence the shot and having the pillow take the burn? Still cant imagine nobody heard the shot as a little pistol with a short barrel makes a loud report regardless the caliber.

I've wondered if that's were the tassel found in the bathroom came from, a decorative pillow she used to try and silence the shot.

This woman, Jodi Arias, must have compartments in her brain that she can stuff things in and throw away the key because that is a scene of mayhem, and extreme hatred and only an extreme sociopath could commit those acts, dust herself off and head out on another road trip to make kissy-face with another dude.

The past couple of days I've actually seen her full-on smiling, sometimes smirking, unusually animated, and not "sickly" looking like she was earlier in the trial.

Has anyone else noticed this and care to opine on what might be causing it? Maybe her ego is inflating with the increased sensationality of the this circus of a trial? Maybe they adjusted whatever medications she might be on?

It just seems that we're at a point where the trial is *somewhat* winding down and, in her defendant shoes, I dunno...I think I'd be increasingly nervous as the end of the trial loomed, because the end of the trial signifies a verdict is imminent. But this batshit girl looks livelier every day as the trial comes closer to its inevitable conclusion.

It's just bizarre to me, all the way around. But then a lot of Jodi's fuckery is bizarre to me on too many levels to count, lol.

She's a bundle of bizarre fuckery and fascinating to watch. She still scares the shit out of me.

I find it extremely disturbing because I do believe there were many elements of truth in that Ninja story she conjured up.

I do think at some point he probably said he could no longer feel his legs.
I also believe at some point in that short attack he probably did ask her to please get help.
I also sometimes think perhaps the gunshot did come first and the gun jammed, just as she described in her Ninja story.
I think she started stabbing him in the back when he was at the bathroom mirror, already injured and disoriented.

It's terrifying to the bone to think of one's final minutes being as horrifying as his had to have been. Whether he was a great guy or a total jerk, no one deserves to ever have the last precious minutes of their lives go down like that. And, even with the "I can't feel my legs anymore," she obviously just kept stabbing and stabbing.

Horrifying doesn't even begin to describe it.

Interesting isn't it, that she told Flores the ninja story with the above details including the knife but yet now she has a "fog"? I was kind of surprised that JM didn't go there with Samuels.

Alyce has basically stated that Travis is a woman beating pedophile in open court for a fee, not because she believes in Jodi but because she gets paid. You reap what you sow. In these days of social media and instant connectivity, the public has a voice, the public can give feedback and let's not forget dear old Alyce has something to sell, so the public can choose to line her pockets or not.

Alyce should think more about being a professional in the way she testifies than trying to think up witty retorts to toss at the prosecutor and making a mockery of the trial and the court and especially the victim. And I've no doubt her conduct was more than admonished by the judge when they met in chambers, so the defence can plant all the stories in the media that they want but I think people are smart enough to figure whats what.

She's playing victim. And her performance is as poorly as how she performs on the stand.

My advice to Alyce would be this: If you don't like what people write about you on the internet, in newspapers, etc STOP READING IT.

Alyce went beyond testifying as an "expert". She became an advocate for someone who stabbed a naked defenseless man 27 times, slit his throat and then shot him in the head and then went to LIE and then LIE some more. Not to mention forging pedo/abuse letters and claiming they were from said murder victim.

When you defend crazy people you attract other crazy people. Who's to say that some of Stabby's devoted following is creating some of the harassment themselves to help Alyce look like a "victim"?

Juror #2 sits in row one furthest from the gallery and obviously very close to witness stand. I was explaining to my wife last night that his hair did remind me of Donald Trump. He sat for most of the testimony hunched over with his chin in his hands. From what I observed, when the jury came in and went out, no one that I could see even glanced in Stabby's direction. It was when testimony was going on that I observed #2 looking directly at her.
