I missed about half of Dr. Drew, so not sure if he had a lip-reader or not. Someone had Dave Hall on; I think it might've been Dr. Drew. NG had a woman on, can't recall the first name, but last name was Hiatt. She's the sister of one of Travis' close friends. She talked about Jodi slashing Travis' tires. From what she said, it sounded like it wasn't just 2 incidents with all 4 tires slashed, but continuing slashings of a tire here and there, for a period of time. She said that Travis told her brother that Jodi did it.

Ma'am, what is hard to explain about a person breathing or not breathing? what is so difficult? why is that a difficult concept for you?
Same guyI have always said that sex tape sounded odd, off, unnatural. I've wondered many times if it was not something she cobbled together from other surreptitious recordings. The phone with the recording on it going magically missing and the turning up just in the nick of time (or so it seems) is just too weird.
The jokes on the IM don't bother me, we don't know how long the IM session is and even if it was a short convo I've had serious convo's then changed the subject real quick to humor. Also I have heard it described by those who have been stalked that cutting off communication is like being in shark infested water and not knowing where the shark was, so some do keep a close eye on those they are afraid off. I'm also wondering you can be really afraid and at the same time try to ignore your fears. Idk just my thoughts.Originally Posted by *
Juan will need to have a great rebuttal and closing to wrap it with a bow though.
I still believe that she WAS provided more than enough information to see that JA was NOT abused by Travis but out of greed for fame and fortune decided to twist the information to fit the murdering skanks story!!!!!!! she's made a very, very poor choice for herself in doing this!
Didn't the state start out acknowledging Travis wasn't all people thought he was or something like that? I think we will hear a small sentence again like that on closing.
I agree, from the first time I read his myspace 'who would I like to meet' and blog, I felt he he had 'issues' with women. (ref "whores" as dime a dozen) Hughes' also reflect they thought he had issues which pointed to disrespecting women not anger issues in the full sense of the meanings. Not a shocker for someone from his background. Or like many males that value the piece of ass then call it a whore for getting it.
But, I still hold firmly, we are all flawed and that doesn't flag us that we will be slaughtered, butchered down for those flaws. Had Travis not been murdered, he could have gone on to change, to work on those issues. I think there is evidence he had become aware he had them and was readying to face them.
IMs and fear I posted about already so I won't repeat it, but I completely 'get it'. And in this era of electronic communications, I also know it is possible to one minute joke and the next be serious, it's not a complicated point to make to any juror that isn't 'old fashioned' and knows text / IMs and how they can go. No more complicated than how we right here one minute joke and the next cry or are pissed or creeped out.
Bottom line to me is, verbal abuse, hurt feelings is not a crime. I don't beleive he was ever physically abusive. The anger and rage evidence shows me was in Jodi Arias, the killer.

But I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels that way about the recording. Kinda fits in with the newly surfacing may 2008 journal entries that sound like she's talking to someone besides herself trying to convince someone of something?
I read something a month or so ago about JA's brother stating that she recorded it to scare off any girlfriend that Travis may have. I don't know if it's true but if so it would make sense that she would create it to sound the way she wanted it to sound............ we must remember that she is of a superior intelligence........... she's a regular Einstein!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG these are brutal...I couldn't get past the first page. More nightmare material. Can't unsee them, or the praying mantis Jodi pic either. Maybe I'll just stay up all night instead and try to think happy thoughts. Or watch YouTube videos of puppies and babies...jeesh!
I agree with you. Because of the fact that she did not concede, in the slightest bit, even given the information (even hypotheticals) by JM, today. Witnesses are supposed to testify to the truth, regardless of which side they are testifying for. I lost ALL respect for her opinion when she said that she disbelieved Travis Alexander when he wrote that he was very afraid of his stalker. I just looked at the autopsy photos of Travis.....and, you know what I think? He had a very good REASON to be afraid. It disgusts me to think that Jodi's ugly and distorted face was the last image that his man saw. I am sure that Alyce saw those photos, too. And for her to insist that JODI was the abused party? OMFG!
According to this person who posted on twitter, any/all of us could be Jodi. http://jessicaknight82.wordpress.com...vis-alexander/
She's sure got some issues.
Social media has condemned Jodi Arias, claiming she is evil, defective and such. I wonder, though, how much of that is actually correct? More likely, any one of us could be Jodi Arias. We?ve all been in unfavorable relationship situations. I myself have plotted the death of a few men in my day. I was sure at the time that they had it coming. However, my plan always stopped in the planning process. Guess that means I had higher impulse control. As for the whole mental problems issue, well, of course she has mental issues. That?s pretty obvious. However, who doesn?t have mental issues? I?m sure if any of us actually sat down with any kind of professional, we would all be diagnosed with something. So really every one is defective in some way. And any one of us could snap in a moment and off someone. It?s not a pretty picture.Yep, Jodi fans are definitely unbalanced. The funny thing is, they tell themselves that what they are doing -- be it stalking, or apparently in this girl's case, cutting brake lines -- that that is just something normal to think about and do, and everyone would do it.I?ve wished several men dead in my past, thinking of spontaneous things that would cause their death. Friends and I even disconnected what we thought were brake lines on one man?s car (turned out to be the battery, teenage girls, not always mechanical wizards, ya know.) PS that one was not my idea, I just didn?t stop it from going that far and, after how he turned out as an adult, the world might have been a better place if that plan had worked, but wrong still. Fact is, most of us don?t actually carry out the plans to kill the bastard. She did. That?s why we are all now brought together.
Just, wow.

Are people not allowed to become angry over something someone has done? Does that automatically label someone angry as being verbally abusive? If that's the case, everyone I know, including myself has at some point been verbally abusive. It's not a pattern; it's not a character flaw....it's a circumstance. We don't know what set him off. If we do, I missed it. When you look at the whole picture, a day of anger, or even rage as you state, does not make or break the case. And by the way, what is so scary about an IM? It couldn't have been that scary since she still took a trip there. Did he threaten her in those IM's? Since I have not read them (can't find them anywhere), I don't know that he did. It seems folks tend to focus on the testimony last heard. I don't think Miss Alyce is a make-or-break.
