If I were on the jury, I would find ALV less credible every time she stalls and refuses to answer. These are not complicated questions, yet she absolutely refuses to give a yes or no answer, even to clearly yes or no questions.

How does ALV possibly imagine that being so obviously difficult and evasive will help the defense, or even make her (ALV) look good? The jury are not morons. And she had the long weekend to look up what dates she gave the Snow White seminars, but now she is continuing to be evasive and won't even acknowledge when she gave the seminars??
