Not usually that I found. Nurmi crosses each witness in JMs rebuttal as we go through that, like he did for JMs case in chief.
I worded part poorly though, Nurmi doesn't "cross" Lavo his own witness again but I can't think of the word ugh. And it's actually JW handling not Nurmi but he is lead so my mind put him in . lol
JM will finish his jab her then JW will try to clean up her mess with her. Which since JW is an idiot and still hasn't learned how to question even her own witnesses, she'll probably just stand up there for days and vomit out the same few emails they could find about Travis.

One thing I don't get is, I'm the only one I know that is so completely addicted to this trial/anything to do with it. I've gotten 4 hours sleep some nights trying to "catch up". Yet, when I tell my friends (who love shows like 48 hours) about it? Not interested. This is goddamn history! Pure reality entertainment, with a real serious freaking conclusion! I wish I knew some of you for reals, cause watching this alone, with the head phones, at 1,2,3 am makes me feel like a freaking crack head..... Just. Need. More. Juuuuuan!!

Haha when i first heard of this trial, i was doing the same thing trying to keep up. I barely found out about this trial 2 weeks ago, so there were afew nights i was going to sleep late

I know what you mean! I try to tell people about it but no one seems to care lol. I DID however get my boyfriend kind of interested..and by kind of i think he just tolerates it :) Last weekend i went out for drinks with a best friend that i don't see too often and tried to explain but i think she just thought i was nuts. I've been reading this thread since it happened and have been glued to it and the trial. Although i admit i didn't even listen to when JW was blabbing to AL. I couldn't take the giggles anymore.

I was checking up on youtube and i like how AL answers "yes...yes....yes...." because we're all thinking "where's juan going with this?" I love it..

If that camera lasted through the wash cycle, I'd bet anything the hard drive can be salvaged. I'm hoping he finds out that the emails and IM's were fabricated by JA. I can almost picture her having an IM with herself, answering as Travis.

If he can't find anything due to damage, the point to the jury is likely WHY was it damaged? And perhaps How a hard drive COULD be damaged, or some other technical aspects.

Naturally I'm psyched to see rebuttal, but I'm interested to see if Detective Brown, the forensic computer expert, found anything damning on Jodi's damaged external hard drive. It's already been testified to that no porn or pedo stuff was found on TA's computer, so there must be more to it than just that.

I'm excited to see that information also. I *think* it might end up being the finally piece in this story. Wouldn't it be huge if it came out that Jodi had all Travis' personal information on that hard drive??

I had only heard that she was the original a few weeks ago. I don't know where the info came from, and from what I remember, was never really discussed on JVM, Nancy Grace or Dr. Drew's shows on HLN. It was never proven to me as fact.

It came from HNL, they only quoted "sources" as giving them this information, nothing else known.

Ok I'm sure it has been discussed but I lazy today and don't feel like hunting for it..smite me later.. But in the ME's testimony which I concur with the most probable order of injuries were stabs, throat slit, then gunshot. In supporting this most probable of theories, what was the estimated location of where his throat was cut? Reason why I'm asking is I was thinking about an arterial bleed, (I snagged my wrist on a hurricane fence when I was a kid and severed an artery and it sprayed sorta kinda) so my thinking would be that an arterial bleed of TA's magnitude would have done a bit of spraying as well unless his blood pressure/volume had become low at that time. So there would have been an area where there was some type of spray pattern or very large puddle. I would love to hear Dr. Henry Lee's theory on this crime scene. I hate to sound morbid but I have always found crime scene reconstructions/blood spatter patterns /ballistics absolutely fascinating. Someone please refresh the kid on the the kid on the short bus...
