1:09:37-1:10:04 you see me sitting sideways staring at Sam I was so upset, talking to Cathy. I may have stood up to leave then sat back down after this happened.
I don't know if these are exact real time or spliced for the video but that's when it occured. I'm sure Flores went to sit w/ her because he saw it happen. She then went back to the Victim room and reported it to Martinez. I stepped out in the hall after that and told Bill.

Naturally I'm psyched to see rebuttal, but I'm interested to see if Detective Brown, the forensic computer expert, found anything damning on Jodi's damaged external hard drive. It's already been testified to that no porn or pedo stuff was found on TA's computer, so there must be more to it than just that.

I got it covered, believe me. I have thought long and hard what to do in court. I am a believer to make a statement if I feel compelled to do so. Fact is, after talking to some co-workers, I should curb my urges so i could come back if I decide to. I have decided to do so, even though I do not care about contempt. Shit! btw ppl were taking about the engagement ring - here it is from hln, they said travis had bought it for deanna and decided not to give it to her, and at some point after jodi was in mesa (cleaning his house i think) it disapeared, and he thought jodi took it, so it was already gone by the last day

I just read about the Computer expert being called on rebuttal. I hope he was able to find JA looked up things like maps and gas mileage, looking at hunting knives, anatomy...
I know Sneakers mentioned the diary entry in Feb. where JA stated Travis was going to GET A GUN. Looks kinda hinky to me.
I can't stand to listen to the interragation tapes, but on a soundbite didn't JA say something about watching crime shows on TV? Just watched one about a serial killer who always used a knife and preferred to kill in the shower because the blood would go down the drain. I remember watching one about a couple being killed in there home. They think the ex-wife did it, she filled gas cans for no receipt and turned off her cell phone. They never could prove it. Maybe that's where JA got some of her ideas.

Jodi has mentioned many tv references. On 48 hrs interview when she talked about getting booked, she laughed and said it's just like on TV. She made a post on some guys MySpace which was a quote from The Anchorman. She called some guy Steve Carroll, in an attempt to make TA jealous. That was one of his favorite shows. Can anyone remember more? I just cant remember right now.
