I gotta admit Dad Arias really the only one who I have had much pity for in this family. I realize he is sickly but out of all of them he seems to be the only one to show any humility.

I had only heard that she was the original a few weeks ago. I don't know where the info came from, and from what I remember, was never really discussed on JVM, Nancy Grace or Dr. Drew's shows on HLN. It was never proven to me as fact.

The Dad appeared so far to be trying to be honest. And at least when in court, he wasn't eating and laughing, carry on like his asshole wife does. What little we know, I kinda like Dad, time is the real test though.

I kind of felt bad for the DUMB sister. I mean, Angela obviously isn't the brightest bulb in the pack but who wants to find out the sister you looked up to, took to the internet like an dumb immature kid to defend, calls you names behind your back.

"He asked and we refused. We do not want to deal with him," Bill tells PEOPLE, explaining that he never actually talked with Dr. Phil. A producer approached the family, gave them a card, and said the show would like to do an interview.

Well if you can believe Bill Arias, he must have been seeking a follow-up to his train-wreck, waste of time BS interview with George and Cindy. What a blaggard!

The Alexander family is getting support from various sources, and of course it's needed as they are not millionaires that I'm aware of.
Who do you think might be assisting the Arias family?

It is reported they are attentive to the witness and the attornies, I doubt they care to gawk at the killer [like posters do], they have big decision to make so watching her isn't a big part when they need to be attentive to the current testimony being presented at any time.

What I would like to know is if Jury is looking in Defendant's direction when coming in and out of courtroom. The reason I am curious is because it seems like she is staring at them in order to make eye contact. Didn't mean during proceedings, sorry I was not clear. Definitely know nothing can be read into it, but just curious if Jury looks at her since it appears she is staring at them when they enter and exit.
When I was on a rape trial, I consciously said to myself that I am going to look at the defendant when I walk in each time. I did it once and he smiled at me. Creeped me out to no end. When we came out with the guilty verdict, I almost forced myself to look at him but couldn't do it. I didn't want to risk a smile again. It was a weird feeling. I just know I couldn't look at JA ever. That's a pile of pure evil sitting there and there's no way I want to risk any bad juju with contact, even if it's only eye contact.

I was thinking about about how she steals pens. Not just once, but several times. I think this girl just doesn't go by any rules. It's Jodi's way, Period. She's so used to it that I'm guessing that's why she thinks no jury will convict her. Because it's Jodi.

Specially the one where he has his hand up like he motioning her to come back to bed. Maybe that's just my interpretation. Is anyone else seeing this are am I just nuttier than my husband says I am?
I applied a different interpretation to the picture of Travis on the bed with his arm up. That appeared to be the second one of Travis, the first one being the one with his privates showing. In that second picture, it appeares to me that he caught on to her snapping the first picture and told, and gestured to her to cut it out. Of course, it's hard to support that speculation if one accepts that Travis took the subsequent pictures of her and her stuff. I got around that by thinking that maybe those naked pictures of her, she took herself using the timer function. It's a stretch, I agree, but then I vaguely recall someone else referring to the possibility of that happening because of the placement of a piece of furniture in the room where she could have positioned the camera. Alternatively, if Travis did snap those subsequent pictures of her, as part of the sex play, he may have done so in response to her manipulative cajoling. "Don't be angry. I just want to try out the camera. Here, you can take some of me too." Remember her cutesy, coy little girl voice on the sex-tape? I'm sure she employed it more frequently than we've heard in order to get around Travis in all sorts of situations and it must have been very frustrating for him since he obviously knew what she was really like but he was carrying his own guilt and doubt about his own judgment. (He'd called her a sociopath just a few days before.) Travis might have been susceptible to her innocent coaxing and gone along with her knowing that all the pictures were all going to be on his own camera and he could for certain delete them after she left. Remember this, as well. The video she claimed Travis shot while she was 'riding' him was taken on her camera, (if indeed it was shot) and it was for certain deleted which confirms that Travis was not going to allow her to leave with a sex video, taken in his bedroom, still on her camera, even if he didn't appear in it and all anyone could know of him being there was the sound of his voice. That in turn contradicts her claim about the telephone sex tape--that Travis wanted her to make it and preserve it for later listening. Maybe I'm attributing to much to Travis gullibility and her deviousness. It's difficult to accept that Travis allowed those pictures/videos considering the possibility that she had already burned him with the sex tape just two or three weeks earlier that triggered his subsequent prolonged outburst of name-calling that Alyce labelled 'character assassination.' I am certain of one thing, Jodi Arias was the protagonist in all the picture taking, voice recording, video making episodes and, by her own admission, she had to coax and cajole Travis to agree to let her take that last series in the bathroom. If he was so reluctant about allowing her to take naked pictures of him in the shower, (remember, according to Jodi, Travis insisted on everything above the waist), why would he so readily 'consent' to her taking naked pictures of him on the bed just after sex with his junk showing. That's a contradiction I can't reconcile.

We're seeing the work of true sociopath here. (I'll give in to all you clinical types.) This Jodi Arias sure matches the description of the one in the first person blog article posted here earlier by the guy who escaped one just like her--or--maybe not quite as evil. That guy's still alive.

Tomorrow we can talk about the real important part of the narrative--the Trial and the disorder in the Court.

    Goodnight all. Thanks for listening.

Did she know they were forged? I mean, if she never met Travis nor even saw a picture of him, she is probably believing her daughter. I bet she felt like a huge fool after the hearing where they determined inadmissible. I don't really like the mom, yet I still pity her. I bet that daughter of hers made her life miserable at home for years and will now bring agony to her for her remaining years.

Ian I was trying to eat and I don't even want to think about Hodi's cutsey phone sex voice. Yup, I'm done...maybe someone could make some moola on a weight loss program using all the ooginess of this trial as an appetite suppressant.

great idea, but if faq just wants to kick back and watch, I'm fine with that too. Don't feel any pressure to do anything if you feel like it faq, just enjoy it for your day! Then hurry home lol

I don't know they didn't just make a deal. Sounds like the Dad is the only one that isnt' interested in sucking up to outsiders only for them to take advantage of him.

Wish, whether she knew letters were forged or not, why go to a sleaze rag if there was merit to them. Go to an actual accredited news outlet if you are trying to save your kids life.

I do have a very small amount of pity somewhere. It's just Mom A's appearance of enjoying the festivities that is her her daughters's murder trial kinda craps on my emotions somewhat. Maybe it's the pharmaceuticals she MAY be taking in lieu of what's going on, I don't know. I'm just calling it as I sees it.

Things to do while in the courtroom:

--Sidle over behind Juror #5 and surreptitiously give her a wet willy
--Take a few bites out of a sub-sandwich, but keep the wrapper on it and roll it up the center aisle under Nurmi's chair ..... 10-1 he eats it
--Eat beans for lunch then sit on the defense side of the courtroom
--Put a sign up outside the courtroom that says, You must be this tall to enjoy this ride right before JM walks in
--Have a male friend wear a t-shirt: I'm a man, are you mad at me Alyce?

Is DAD Arias her step dad? I am unsure why I think that, but do. Maybe that's why he appears more honest than Mom.

There's some unanswered legitimate questions about money. The prosecutor opened that door but couldn't close it. Briefly, (I'll try), Jodi Arias said she left Yreka with approx $200.00 cash. She spent about $185.00 cash buying gas for car and cans. She bought two Strawberry Frappacinos on the way to Mesa. That left her with $10-$15 cash by the time she got to Travis. In her Ninja story, she said the guy took $30.00 she had in her wallet. (Curious aside -- that's the same amount she claimed was stolen from her during the burglary in Grandparent's house on May 28. She likes that number.) Anyways, she said, the Ninja got the $30 bucks from her wallet but didn't get $80.00 she had hidden in her back jeans pocket 'cause the jeans were in her backpack. That adds up to $310 plus or minus. Quite a difference between that and the $200.00 she left Yreka with! How to account for the difference? Did she steal cash from Travis's wallet? She testified she knew that's where he carried his money. That opened the door to the fact that the roommates each paid $450.00 month rent, so, if they paid in cash, has that money been accounted for? Since we don't have access to an exact inventory of Travis stuff, we can only speculate. One thing for sure, Arias talked about more money than the original $200.00. We'll probably never know the exact truth. But, then again, why wouldn't we believe that she'd steal? She murdered. If Martinez could prove she stole money from Travis, she'd be nailed on Felony Murder for sure.

Maybe they are like Jodi and don't mind sleeping in their car. They could always try and get some sponsors. There's KY, Toblerone, Cinnabon, Tootsie Pops, Pop Rocks,& Starbucks just to name a few. They would probably pay them to stop speaking of them!

she got her nails done and probably a brazilian wax in salinas. don't know how much those cost in 2008 dollars. She also had the PIN for TA's bank accounts. Lots of loose ends if we follow the money.
