They haven't turned up the court room mics for that juror, he uses headphones. Remember one day they weren't working, he spoke up right away and they got him a new set. Televised / streamed isnt the same as the courtroom mics per se. Wonderful technology can pipe out the sound the stream wants. I've notice some streams have better sound that others.

I just ain't seeing what the defense is trying to present here with what I am seeing and the given testimony. Historically it's a known fact you can't tell anything from the jurors. All reporters are reporting they are paying attention, taking notes and taking the case seriously. But there is never a way to predict a jury.
It is reported they are attentive to the witness and the attornies, I doubt they care to gawk at the killer [like posters do], they have big decision to make so watching her isn't a big part when they need to be attentive to the current testimony being presented at any time.
Why the judge? There's is no law against being friendly outside of court with anyone. They talk in court, nothing to hide if they are takling publically. They aren't going to be stupid enough to talk about the case publically.

I have been back and forth and unless there is a man-hater in the jury or some dude that has the hots for Hodi I just don't see how she can get anything less. It really isn't comparable due to many factors. Blood in Arteries squirts because it comes from the heart pumping it, [pressure] so each time the heart beats, it is forcing blood. As a kid running around, your blood pressure wouldn't be comparable to an already profusely bleeding man that had already been shot to boot. And here we also have a heavy 'flow' from the jugular. Veins don't 'squirt because those are the opposite direction of blood, to the heart. /And blood loss from many other bleeding wounds including his vena cava cut. Blood pressure would have been greatly lowered by the time his throat was cut. With low pressure you would get far less 'squirt' power aka pressure coming from the heart. Add in that is has many other 'outs' that are also losing blood at the same time and his windpipe cut taking away oxygen input to help the blood system / heart operate also.

What I would like to know is if Jury is looking in Defendant's direction when coming in and out of courtroom. The reason I am curious is because it seems like she is staring at them in order to make eye contact. Didn't mean during proceedings, sorry I was not clear. Definitely know nothing can be read into it, but just curious if Jury looks at her since it appears she is staring at them when they enter and exit.

Hardly comparable. I was not negating or comparing his injury to mine at all. I was only speculating from a scientific forensic point of view as to what type of pattern of blood spatter would be left depending on the order in which he received his injuries. Which all the evidence that I have seen I don't see any possible way to prove anything but what the ME testified to. The blood spatters/patterns would be different, the shell casing laying in the congealed blood puddle would not be possible, the condition of the closet would be different. The whole scene absolutely does not jive with the DT's theory. I am not making any great revelation here to any of you. Ya'll are some untapped brilliant minds on the most part.(Hush Sneakers!!!) Where did you ever see trespassing in this case? Juan never argued trespassing. To qualify felony murder, he went under burglary law which in Arizona is a little different.

Her 'self defense' hasn't change, that is what all their droning is for IN trial. Mistrial is a standard motion that even half asses def attorny would file, it's a SOP to protect for on appeal, not a defense. Def attys are always working from multiple layers, trial is one appeal another etc.
omg, the blood expert in this case, ugh. lol Pretty much her entire annoying manner and voice was .. yup that's blood there. She is the only witness I haven't ever reviewed a second time. Def hasn't and won't touch the forensics, they can't they don't have anything to work with. JA said it herself in interrogation when Flores was telling 'you don't want the prosecutor to paint the picture. Then Flores tells her Martinez is good. She is smart in that sense, she said 'well if there is that much evidence, you don't even need a good prosecutor'.
