How did you get access to JWs FB friends list? I'd love to see the judge take action Monday about this. I hope Hodi's BFF the MIT is banned from further trial proceedings, as well as the two laughing baboons.

I'm attending tomorrow and will try to post what I can after I get home about what the courtroom size and the layout are. I am very interested to see how loud JM is in person, I don't believe he is that loud by the way. I think they turn up the mics so the jury can hear the testimony. I believe there was one Jurer that complained about not hearing well??
They haven't turned up the court room mics for that juror, he uses headphones. Remember one day they weren't working, he spoke up right away and they got him a new set. Televised / streamed isnt the same as the courtroom mics per se. Wonderful technology can pipe out the sound the stream wants. I've notice some streams have better sound that others.

Good luck and ENJOY court! I will be anxious to see your feedback.

I doubt standby will get The DP. I hope so. I'd love just once to see an actual tear from her.
Notice up until the defense witnesses started, stabby wore her hair down so she could cover up the fact she is unable to produce tears? She hid her shame and disgust and sadness behind her hair curtain because they weren't genuine? Now, since Samuals started she feels confident to show her face and wear her hair tied back?

Juan interrupts, why do you say that?
Well its just the most ah, hemmoragic injury, its the one that I can demonstrate the most signifcant injury to the structures that are going to cause death like the cartoid artery, windpipe, jugular vein
Ty for the info..I gotta go look at pics again. This case is really interesting if you get into the whole forensic science aspect of a crime. I just ain't seeing what the defense is trying to present here with what I am seeing and the given testimony. That's why I am asking redundant questions just to make sure that I am understanding correctly. And like I said before when I was a kid a distinctly remember when the artery in my wrist got cut, the minute I pulled my wrist off of the fence it began to squirt and I remember the pattern it made on our neighbor's patio. I know wrist and necks are different things but my wheels are spinning on this one.

Historically it's a known fact you can't tell anything from the jurors. All reporters are reporting they are paying attention, taking notes and taking the case seriously. But there is never a way to predict a jury.
It is reported they are attentive to the witness and the attornies, I doubt they care to gawk at the killer [like posters do], they have big decision to make so watching her isn't a big part when they need to be attentive to the current testimony being presented at any time.

Why the judge? There's is no law against being friendly outside of court with anyone. They talk in court, nothing to hide if they are takling publically. They aren't going to be stupid enough to talk about the case publically.

i would be totally shocked if the jurors don't find her guilty on all counts. I have been back and forth and unless there is a man-hater in the jury or some dude that has the hots for Hodi I just don't see how she can get anything less. See my signature line below it says it all. But I have been wrong before...cough cough, caseyanthonyho...

    Veins in path to heart
    Arteries out

It really isn't comparable due to many factors. Blood in Arteries squirts because it comes from the heart pumping it, [pressure] so each time the heart beats, it is forcing blood. As a kid running around, your blood pressure wouldn't be comparable to an already profusely bleeding man that had already been shot to boot. And here we also have a heavy 'flow' from the jugular. Veins don't 'squirt because those are the opposite direction of blood, to the heart. /And blood loss from many other bleeding wounds including his vena cava cut. Blood pressure would have been greatly lowered by the time his throat was cut. With low pressure you would get far less 'squirt' power aka pressure coming from the heart. Add in that is has many other 'outs' that are also losing blood at the same time and his windpipe cut taking away oxygen input to help the blood system / heart operate also.

Yeah, that was amazing watching her "self esteem" grow by leaps and bounds with Samuels and LaViolet's testimony. She had her head held high with a bit of attitude. Do you think she actually believes people are buying this nonsense?

What I would like to know is if Jury is looking in Defendant's direction when coming in and out of courtroom. The reason I am curious is because it seems like she is staring at them in order to make eye contact. Didn't mean during proceedings, sorry I was not clear. Definitely know nothing can be read into it, but just curious if Jury looks at her since it appears she is staring at them when they enter and exit.

My medical records say radial artery that's why I was under the impression that it was an arterial bleed.

oh, ok that would be a no. All tweets and reports I've ever read is they don't look at her when they enter or leave. She plays a lot of games because she knows the camera is on her. She a psychpath, they manipulate without hardly thinking about it, comes natural to them. And it isn't unusual to see they have stunted emotional growth aka immature. JA is one of the worse in that area I've ever seen. Ted Bundy's girlfriends complained he was like a teen emotionally too.

Do you think people bought it out, it was removed because the new edition is being released Apr 23, 2013, or it was removed to stop the bad reviews?
To stop the bad reviews is my guess.

That has been something that I have noticed from all of here interrogatons tapes, file footage, interviews she seems like she just quit developing mentally at the age of 14. Even her little games she plays in the courtroom is something you would see in middle school or high school. From her and TA's sex tapes she even struck me that way. It's almost like she baby talks which I absolutely can't stand..with her hotti bisquotti..and all the other stuff. I could see where as a guy it might have been cute at first to TA but I would think it prolly grated on his last nerve in the end. It is a shame when doing a trial such as this one that the jurors not be allowed to see the defendant solely on the basis as was discussed before that they sometimes form prejudicial opinions of the subject. Kinda like oooh she's too mousy looking to have done such a horrible thing. But we don't live in a perfect world or have the perfect justice system but we have the best that there is in the world I suppose

I read somewhere, don't ask me where exactly, that each room mate paid a rent of $450. Don't know if it was recovered. Suppose it might be covered in rebuttal. Although Martinez has said JA was trespassing after the first stab wound or gun shot, it seems to be a weak argument. No way would felony murder rely on trespassing assumption and there are no witnesses or evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. In the unedited interrogation tapes, Flores talked quite a bit about how organized Travis was with money.

I do think she thinks the jury is buying this crap. She has that "see I told u I was abused" look on her face. She's delusional and I think the smug look has to do with her thinking she is an awesome actress because Samuels and Alyce believed her.

Hardly comparable. I was not negating or comparing his injury to mine at all. I was only speculating from a scientific forensic point of view as to what type of pattern of blood spatter would be left depending on the order in which he received his injuries. Which all the evidence that I have seen I don't see any possible way to prove anything but what the ME testified to. The blood spatters/patterns would be different, the shell casing laying in the congealed blood puddle would not be possible, the condition of the closet would be different. The whole scene absolutely does not jive with the DT's theory. I am not making any great revelation here to any of you. Ya'll are some untapped brilliant minds on the most part.(Hush Sneakers!!!) The DT has buttkiss. They can parade their experts all they want but there is no refuting the physical evidence here. I am confident that the jurors are fairly intelligent everyday joes just like the rest of us. If they can't see that it is what it is I don't know what to say.

That does make sense considering Nurmi changed up his strategy from "abuse excuse" to "mistrial by any means possible" I think he knows the jury isn't buying it and he's getting desperate.

Where did you ever see trespassing in this case? Juan never argued trespassing. To qualify felony murder, he went under burglary law which in Arizona is a little different.

'A common misperception is that burglary means entering premises to steal something. In fact, it means that a person entered premises with the intention of committing a felony, even if the victim willingly let the person enter. '

Stephens also denied a motion to dismiss one of the two first-degree murder charges against Arias. She is charged with premeditated murder, or, in the alternative, with felony murder, meaning someone died during the commission of another felony, in this case burglary.

In the Arias case, prosecutors allege the intention was to commit murder, a seeming redundancy. By all accounts, Arias was invited into Alexander's home -- as documented in the photographs -- to engage in sexual acts with Alexander over several hours. But from a legal standpoint, her permission to be in Alexander's home was revoked as soon as the encounter became violent. Stephens ruled on the side of the prosecution.

Why does it matter? In cases of felony murder, having both alternatives makes it easier for a prosecutor to get the conviction. A jury need not choose unanimously between the two. If some jurors opt for one charge and the rest opt for the other, it is considered a unanimous verdict for first-degree murder and it therefore makes Arias eligible for the death penalty.

From there, it gets more nuanced. If jurors cannot agree on premeditated murder, they are obligated to discuss the lesser crime of second-degree murder, then manslaughter and negligent homicide. But there are no "lesser includeds" for felony murder; if the jury finds Arias not guilty of burglary, then there was no murder. If Nurmi had succeeded in getting the felony murder charge thrown out, it would have more opened the door for the jury to arrive at a second-degree murder conviction and keep Arias off death row

Her 'self defense' hasn't change, that is what all their droning is for IN trial. Mistrial is a standard motion that even half asses def attorny would file, it's a SOP to protect for on appeal, not a defense. Def attys are always working from multiple layers, trial is one appeal another etc.

If they can't see that it is what it is I don't know what to say.
omg, the blood expert in this case, ugh. lol Pretty much her entire annoying manner and voice was .. yup that's blood there. She is the only witness I haven't ever reviewed a second time. Def hasn't and won't touch the forensics, they can't they don't have anything to work with. JA said it herself in interrogation when Flores was telling 'you don't want the prosecutor to paint the picture. Then Flores tells her Martinez is good. She is smart in that sense, she said 'well if there is that much evidence, you don't even need a good prosecutor'.
