If it's not the jury being sympathetic, it's the shitty judge, or the shitty defence, or the shitty bailiff, or the shitty spectators or the shitty Mom. The shitty cameras. The court hasn't started yet. Court got cut short. Court is only 3 days a week. These people are human and humans are not infallible.

Oh yes and shitty Juan who isn't going in the direction that certain experts on here think he should go. And missing things out that they believe should have been included. Infact I do believe that noone in that courtroom knows what the hell they're doing!

well the judge can only know what she knows and is busy and really it isn't as close as you think for her to see killer. But she's been made aware now. I don't see her as being lax now that she has been flagged and apparently thought it solid enough to make her clear her line of vision.

Few years ago I knew a shyster who used to pick up his clients by trolling bail court. He got this kid whose immigrant parents had a few bucks but not much language. Anyways, the shyster told them that he had made a deal with the Prosecutor that the kid would get 'house' arrest in exchange for a guilty plea. It went down, the kid got sentenced and sent off to jail. The shyster told 'em he was going for processing and would be released from the jail later that day. It was a lie. So, when the kid gets into the bullpen with all the other screwups, he starts mouthing off at all of 'em telling them he was going home that same day and that they were all losers 'cause they couldn't get a smart lawyer like he had. He got out alright. Straight to the hospital where he spent fourteen days. Then he went back to do the rest of his time among all the 'losers' who were eagerly awaiting his return. The boy did not have an easy life.

Sometimes, there is justice.

I disagree with this. You think you could do a better job? Do you know how much goes on in a courtroom and all of the jobs? The woman can't continually watch Jodi. Her own attorneys and baliffs should be watching her and reporting her behaviour if necessary.

That seems possible, to be fair, I did not watch any follow up videos that showed a slow-mo. But whatever she did or didn't do, her whole manner while doing it was very bizarre and suspicious.
