At about 2.20mins, Arias eyeballs the family (to see if their pics and ribbons are gone) says something to Wilmutt who turns round to look at the family and give a big smile, she then turns back to talk to Arias. Job well done you fucking evil bitches!

How Wilmutt finds such glee and pleasure in giving a "fuck you" to the family, I don't know, this lawyer could be as psycho as her client.
This is my theory as well.
I also think (contrary to her story) that Stabby is the one who talked him into having the graphic phone sex conversation, and probably even set it up in advance that he should mention certain things (like being tied to a tree and 12 year old school girls) because they would turn HER on. So then when she threatened to use that very tape (that he did NOT know was being recorded) to blackmail him, that was when he felt overwhelmingly betrayed and saw the true depth of her manipulativeness and sociopathy.
If he had wanted to record that tape (as Stabby claims), he might have been angry that she was threatening him with it, but it would not have been AS totally shocking and betraying as being manipulated into saying things that are then threatened to be used against you to show you are not only breaking church rules, but you are a pervert as well.

Most people that are in the jail system are very smart. Not all are book smart, but most are very street smart. (I'm talking about the hardened criminals)
One thing you have plenty of time for in jail is to read. Most criminals have access to law books.
My brother was in and out of the jail system. I tell him all the time he should be an attorney. I've known a few of my brother's friends that have successful defended their own self in court. These guys/gals know the law.
Say what you will about Jodi, but I bet she knows everything dealing with her case. No doubt in my mind she probably helps her attorneys out.
She always looks pissed off to me.
+1, very direct and to the point. Except he a.so said he based on the crime scene photos, her diary, etc. I guess the DT were prepared for this.
Saw that yesterday. Super classy. Who wants to bet she was the one that spewed yesterday.
That would make sense. Maybe JM asked the judge to have them removed then nurmi was probably all huffy and like, "Fine! But only if TAs family takes off their pins!!"

gee kity, sorry I don't remember the day. I remember my anger went through the roof. And poor Samantha looked so sad--- You could feel them thinking Leave Grandma Alone!
The Liar was changing her 'met grandma 3 times' story and now trying to up that to four. Juan immediately jumped on it like wild fire. Bench called and that was that, it wasn't allowed discussed.
You could see Juan walking back looking Directly at the family like to sooth their worries and 'got ya covered'.
If it helps any, I checked the snopshots of the bench I took that day and they are dated 3/5/13

Harlette, holy shit, I think something really did go down. Watch the very beginning, it's obvious she is no longer allowed anything in front of her but her notebooks. You see Nurmi pointing to the cup and Mutt has to move it, and you see Mutt moving the Kleenex box. Looks to me like the judge decided she dictated she have a clear view of slasher!

I wasn't referring to Jodi as being uneducated--I meant the women in the jail who love her and think she's so awesome.
They showed them on the local news when Troy Hayden did his report from the jail (I think it was later run on HLN). They did not look look very bright, IMO.
I wonder if this is all to do directly with the other day when she was obviously hiding something under her notebook and then sat on it.
