Did you all see the photo on the Juan Martinez Facebook page where they caught Hoedi flipping the bird??? I don't know how to post it or I would! WTF! Mockery!!! I am sick of the shenanigans! Witnesses stealing exhibits. Defendant swallowing pills, flipping the bird, stealing paper and allegedly passing notes to her mom. This judge is a crock. No self respecting judge or court would allow the gallery to eat. This is not a frickin movie people. This is a murder trial. I am sickened about how the justice system is being portrayed. Sick. gee kity, sorry I don't remember the day. I remember my anger went through the roof. And poor Samantha looked so sad--- You could feel them thinking Leave Grandma Alone!
The Liar was changing her 'met grandma 3 times' story and now trying to up that to four. Juan immediately jumped on it like wild fire. Bench called and that was that, it wasn't allowed discussed.
You could see Juan walking back looking Directly at the family like to sooth their worries and 'got ya covered'.
If it helps any, I checked the snopshots of the bench I took that day and they are dated 3/5/13

That mit woman should not be allowed to go sit and chit chat with Jodi, any longer. Fuck's sake, after the secret messages in magazines, and trying to introduce false documents, etc...this judge should KNOW that Jodi can not be trusted. So why are people allowed to get near her, with the exception of her attorneys? I am not impressed with this judge, whatsoever. She is way too lenient and allows too much crap to happen in her courtroom.

I disagree with this. You think you could do a better job? Do you know how much goes on in a courtroom and all of the jobs? The woman can't continually watch Jodi. Her own attorneys and baliffs should be watching her and reporting her behaviour if necessary.

Couldn't agree with you, more. Especially after seeing a judge like Belvin Perry Jr. in action. Now, THAT was a judge who kept calm but firm control over his courtroom. It is his......he reigns, supreme. This judge is wishy washy and way too tolerant of inappropriate conduct in the courtroom.

No, I don't think so......because I am not educated in the manner and level that she is. However, I still stand by my views, and I don't think I'm alone.

My own short version take is - April is regarding JA pulling her phony stunt on Travis about a gal Michele K saying he was cheating on her. That's JA story of it. I suspect it was much more than 'cheating' she tried to threaten Travis on and Michele K is an imaginary friend and Travis knew by then she was full of shit.

I agree and will take it one step further. I think she was snooping in his voice mail, emails, facebook etc and being far away in yreka, she had no excuse for finding out these things. She needed to find a way to confront him without implicating herself on snooping, so she poorly constructed imaginary people who gave her this information. She confronted Travis using the imaginary friends and he called her bluff by asking who these people were and their contact info so he could confront them on their gossip.

Watching the newest video of her police interview when they arrest her, she discusses Dan telling her that Travis was for real dating and eager for marriage. The combination of Travis confronting her and Dan confirming serious moving on was a dangerous combination. I have seen what happens when a narcissist gets backed into a corner. It was a rage I had never seen before...serious rage with holes punched in walls and some serious threats. Then he began a cover up, destroying evidence and then saying the event never happened. He tried to alter my reality. It was the strangest thing and the tipping point for divorce. I had stumbled upon hints of illegal activities he was involved in and then I actually found proof that I confronted him with.

well the judge can only know what she knows and is busy and really it isn't as close as you think for her to see killer. But she's been made aware now. I don't see her as being lax now that she has been flagged and apparently thought it solid enough to make her clear her line of vision.

If anyone is being lax, it's the damn guards. They been seeing even chatting with her, wtf, they are there to keep an on her not a damn social hour.

This is my theory as well.

I also think (contrary to her story) that Stabby is the one who talked him into having the graphic phone sex conversation, and probably even set it up in advance that he should mention certain things (like being tied to a tree and 12 year old school girls) because they would turn HER on. So then when she threatened to use that very tape (that he did NOT know was being recorded) to blackmail him, that was when he felt overwhelmingly betrayed and saw the true depth of her manipulativeness and sociopathy.

If he had wanted to record that tape (as Stabby claims), he might have been angry that she was threatening him with it, but it would not have been AS totally shocking and betraying as being manipulated into saying things that are then threatened to be used against you to show you are not only breaking church rules, but you are a pervert as well.

He didn't sound like someone who KNEW they were being recorded. Who has a "sex tape" full of all that filler? BUT, her revealing the tape to him DOES fit with him being SO betrayed and angry, like you said (I mean, who wouldn't be?). She probably did threaten to blackmail him... I wouldn't put anything past her at this point... and if she had any kind of OTHER dirt on him, in any form, it would have come out by now.
