I can't get the link since I'm using an iPad, search YT for Gus Searcy on Judge Judy. It's very enlightening.

Playing devil's advocate for a sec..Everyone is looking for their 15 minutes. There are going to be ppl that saw the signs and yada yada yada. I don't put much stock into who is on NG.
To me, it depends. Some of them seem less believable, like the dark haired surfing trip guy (who claimed he could look in her eyes and see she had no soul... puh-leeze). But the woman who Stabby confronted, at least a portion of her story is backed up by others. And it did not seem over the top. And I can absolutely see a sociopath who was feeling territorial cornering someone in a bathroom and standing between the person they are confronting and the door and giving off a strong "I will not let you leave" vibe. My sociopath did similar things.

The first question is likely "why didn't you retest her?". Don't forget, he's had all evening and night to come up with his so called answers. If court had continued yesterday, he had only about an hour to review the questions, so less time to prep the answers.
Does the doc get to review all the questions beforehand? Why would he get that option, but no other witness did?

Sorry if this was already addressed.....other than PTSD and anxiety was JA tested for any other mental problems....or did the Dr. just "hypothesize" PTSD and stick with that..because I think we all see signs of sociopathy, bipolar, narcicism(sp?), etc

Yes, HLN is bringing out eveyone they can find that bring something new to their 24 hr. Jodi Arias coverage, but there's no reason to be calling them sychophants and cockroaches.

Why don't you just own your words?
Don't hold your breath. In fact, don't even bother trying to have a civil discussion with him.

WOW! It was less than 2 months after TA's murder. She's sure been through a lot.

Clancy is the same girl from Jodi's story on the stand.

This is Clancy last night. Clancy said that she was friends with Travis, and one night she got very drunk and Travis had to help her out at the PPL event. The next day was when Jodi talked to her in the bathroom
    [IMG][/IMG]

Okay....either day 2 or 3 of Jodi being on the stand, Jodi said there was a woman at the PPL event that got drunk. The woman was a friend of Travis'-named Clancy. The woman had big boobs and a low neckline (what Jodi said on the stand)
Now, here is that same night Jodi is talking about. This is Travis' friend-Clancy wearing the low black dress with big boobs. (Not sure if this picture shows it very good but there is another one somewhere that does show it)

The doctor's testimony that Jodi was not assertive, is simply laughable. She wasn't assertive when she confronted Travis about the girl he was making out with....the night she was spyi...oops, looking for her SS card? She wasn't assertive on that hiking trip, when she wigged out because Dan Freeman removed some items from her backpack? On that taped phone conversation with Travis? When she coverted to the Mormon faith, being baptized into it? When she decided to move, and carried through with that move, back to California? This girl was never a shrinking violet, as anyone with a brain larger than a pea would be able to understand.

One would think but remember Stabby when the juror questions were being asked? She objected to JM's objections, a few times to Nurmi's (LOL) and even tried to over rule the Judge. She also droned on and on. He gets to answer in a narrative form if he chooses too and unless JM objects he'll get to carry on.

Killing Travis wasn't her principal objective in going to see him--obviously she went there in pursuit of her principal objective--to somehow re-engineer Travis to obsess on her the same way she obsessed on him. As much as she couldn't stand the thought of not being the one and only in Travis life, she couldn't bear the thought that some other woman/person could be. The whole sub-text of her complaints to him about not acknowledging her to his friends and associates as his 'special friend' and for publicly proclaiming what she did for him has been subsumed within the mountain of other proof of motive, but it pretty well settles it for me. Jodi Arias could not stand the agony brought on by the thought of living without Travis Alexander, but, more than that, she could not stand the torment of Travis living on, happily, without her. That's a powerful force behind all of her stalking antics. It's a theme that has been offered in Literature/Drama, (See the 19th. century Swedish Playwright August Strindberg) as a reason for people fighting to remain together through long and desperately unhappy marriages. As much as some people hate being with their husband/wife, they hate even more the thought of the object of their hatred being happy apart from them. Jodi Arias is a throwback. Never mind her efforts to euphemistically present herself as a modern, emancipated female. Her whole being is anchored in her dependency upon relationships with 'her' men. I think the thought of Travis Alexander happily living on without her, while not the only element, was certainly a strong force in propelling Jodi Arias to consider doing what she finally did. It may have been a contingency, contrary to how she hoped things would turn out, but I'm convinced a plan to destroy Travis's life was in the back of her mind and she prepared herself to carry it out if it became necessary. That's motive premeditation and the physical preparations she made to execute her contingency plan proves premeditation, beyond any reasonable doubt, to me.

    I'll quit now.
Great post! "Jodi Arias could not stand the agony brought on by the thought of living without Travis Alexander, but, more than that, she could not stand the torment of Travis living on, happily, without her. " was right on the money1

Yes he got to see them during the hour break, but because court closed unexpectedly, he got more time last night to think about what he'll say. Jodi was also privied to the same. This is what I understood, correct me if I'm wrong.

Jodi was born in 1980, eldest child of Bill and Sandy Arias. She has a step-sister by her father who is 5 years older than her, unnamed. Brother Carl is 2 years younger, Angela is 11 years younger, and Joey is 13 years younger.

I wasn't paying attention to the Doc Dick - Wilmutt blah-blah so I don't know what brother people were talking about.
Most interesting part of the day was hearing that Doc Dick rolled his briefcase through the vomit, IMO to get out of there quick. I'll be surprised if he shows up today to answer jury questions.

Why was there so much talk about the messed up PSD test and not he first test he gave her?
yep, rolled out very quick and possibly with a piece of evidence no less.

Yesterday during re-direct Palin asked Dr Dick about Juan's expert requesting his paperwork. I'm guessing during Juan's rebuttal he's going to call an expert that will blow Dr Dicks testimony right out of the water and make him sound like even more of a quack. I'm not too worried about jury questions today.

Stabby and Willmott/Nurmi got to see them but NOT Tricky Dicky. That doesn't mean they didn't "sharesies" after even though they're not supposed to!

I really don't get this whole passive pitiful JA that Dr. was talking about. Possibly he had some of his notes from another patient mixed in with Hodi's. With all that has been said JA strikes me as extremely assertive. One of those ppl that don't take no for an answer.

That is one of the reasons I try to specify whenever I talk about him that I knew him but I wasn't friends with him. I in no way want to portray myself as Travis' friend. Not because I think badly of him, in fact I actually think pretty highly of him. But I know it would be a lie. I imagine if Travis were still here and you asked him if he knew me he'd probably have to see a picture before he even vaguely remembered me. I know when my sister (who was better friends with him) called me, because she had seen the Picture Perfect episode, and asked if I remembered Travis Alexander. I said the name sounds familiar but I can't put a face to the name. When I saw his picture then I remembered who he was.
I think there are a lot of people who knew him like I did but claim they were his friends. Just because we went to church together and talked every now and then does not make us friends.
And why I respect you for your honesty about it. You arent showing up with pictures you know nothing about looking for camera time. I still say Gus was the worst so far though, Ugh.
I liked Abe, who even after hearing Travis was mad at him, still remained a gentleman with nothing bad to say about Travis and owned he didn't know him outside of PPL things.
