I don't think they'll be too telling. I think they will ask questions that have already been addressed, they just want to refresh their memory on things.
The first question is likely "why didn't you retest her?". Don't forget, he's had all evening and night to come up with his so called answers. If court had continued yesterday, he had only about an hour to review the questions, so less time to prep the answers.
LOL, I never brought up the Hughes so your use of them has nothing to do with my post.
LOL like you know all his self claimed 'friends" yourself? Can you tell me if any are from the ppl group we heard Travis say he didn't like? If you think everyone that ever met Travis doesn't include sychophants you are really naive. Travis was a public speaker. Just hearing him speak doesn't make them any more his 'friend' that JA was his 'friend'.
The other night they had on two with a picture and asked, did you take the picture, .. #1 duh 'no' so they ask the other one .. #2 duh, 'no I wasn't there that night.' Don't think you've seen the end of them, you haven't. There's cockroaches still in the woodwork.

Wasn't Clancy the big boobed drunk lady that was hanging all over Travis at the PPL meeting-wearing the black low cut dress? I think so b/c there is a picture of her with Travis----at that PPL event. I hope so b/c I already added her to my blog under the recap of the day Jodi talked about the drunk, big boobed lady. LOL

NOTE: RE:VOICEMAIL RECORDING ON JUDFE STEPHENS DIVISIONS PH
http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.go...s/caseInfo.asp
The great thing about the jury questions is that the judge is the one to read them, and the lawyers cannot interrupt. And he has to just answer the question, and not add all sorts of "fluff" into things. Facing the judge and jury, alone, is a more sobering experience, I would imagine.
I don't think you should worry too much about it. Most people with ASPD never kill anybody. Serial killers are few and far between. We hear a lot about them because they are scary and sort of fascinating, but they are very rare.
Most people with ASPD just use others. You should definitely pay attention, evaluate people and look for red flags. DEFINITELY not a good idea to get in a relationship with one. But for the most part, people with ASPD are more likely to manipulate you into giving them money, a place to live or helping them in some other way, rather than kill you. They do ruin lives if you get too involved with them, because they take and take and take, not because they kill.
I agree. He got in over his head and he did not have good boundaries to begin with. I think he fell for her little act and sincerely feels sorry for her.
"...Jeffrey Dahmer... actually confessed and accepted his punishment. Had real remorse for the sick things he did. It's pretty bad when Jeffrey Dahmer is a better person than you are." ~Justice11 (re: Jodi Arias)
I'm convinced even if I have to take into consideration that killing Travis was only one of a number of crazy fantasy scenarios Jodi Arias developed, particularly during the period May 26 - June 4, 2008. Killing Travis wasn't her principal objective in going to see him--obviously she went there in pursuit of her principal objective--to somehow re-engineer Travis to obsess on her the same way she obsessed on him. As much as she couldn't stand the thought of not being the one and only in Travis's life, she couldn't bear the thought that some other woman/person could be. The whole sub-text of her complaints to him about not acknowledging her to his friends and associates as his 'special friend' and for not publicly proclaiming what she did for him has been subsumed within the mountain of other proof of motive, but it pretty well settles it for me. Jodi Arias could not stand the agony brought on by the thought of living without Travis Alexander, but, more than that, she could not stand the torment of Travis living on, happily, without her. That's a powerful force behind all of her stalking antics. It's a theme that has been offered in Literature/Drama, (See the 19th. century Swedish Playwright August Strindberg) as a reason for people fighting to remain together through long and desperately unhappy marriages. As much as some people hate being with their husband/wife, they hate even more the thought of the object of their hatred being happy apart from them. Jodi Arias is a throwback. Never mind her efforts to euphemistically present herself as a modern, emancipated female. Her whole being is anchored in her dependency upon relationships with 'her' men. I think the thought of Travis Alexander happily living on without her, while not the only element, was certainly a strong force in propelling Jodi Arias to consider doing what she finally did. It may have been a contingency, contrary to how she hoped things would turn out, but I'm convinced a plan to destroy Travis's life was in the back of her mind and she prepared herself to carry it out if it became necessary. That's motive premeditation and the physical preparations she made to execute her contingency plan proves premeditation, beyond any reasonable doubt, to me.

Sociopath, similiar to I am smarter than the world Bundy. Or on a smaller scale, sociopath Drew Peterson, laughing and waving like the media draws were his personal rock star fans.
hum, guessing its someone numbskull inserting themselves into the trial. Might be why the Justice page had to beg please, the court and JM don't need any help please do not contact them. JM has it covered.
Yup, as usual you are right on top of things, that's her alright.
Well, pet rocks were a big hit once too and took a lot of people's money. : )
Wouldn't this likely be the day they were fighting over numbnuts quack trying to play a crimninologist? or one man jury with his reactive or premed BS

I don't doubt anything said about his academic credentials but, on a personal level, he came off as being pretty lazy and was doing just the minimum of what he ought to have done to earn his $250.00 per hour. He obviously doesn't have the professional zeal that he might have brought to his practice in the earlier years of his career.

Narcissists also have grandiose type thinking, and she is an extreme narcissist. I do not think she is bipolar.
I think she did not ask for an attorney because she thought she could talk her way out of it, and she thought asking for an attorney would make her look "guilty". So not asking for one (in her mind) kept up her charade of "I didn't do this, and I have nothing to hide".

You said that Mimi was the only one of his friends who cared enough to go looking for Travis for almost a week. I was pointing out that others were worried, but they were in Mexico.
Yes, HLN is bringing out eveyone they can find that bring something new to their 24 hr. Jodi Arias coverage, but there's no reason to be calling them sychophants and cockroaches.
Why don't you just own your words?
Not a professional, but experienced with 4 years of living with a bipolar girl. I do see some similarity in persona watching this trainwreck. I do know that on a down phase, turning on someone with uglyness can happen too, this could explain the killing depending on severity of the condition. Looking at the goofy interrogation video...might be rather significant bipolar.
Now regarding jury questions...I'd love to see one asking if she was tested for psychopathy, sociopathy, pathological lying, etc. Also, if the good Doc's testing showed that she wasnt guilty of stealing a gun and flying under the radar for a stealthy visit to Travis' house or not. Would be interesting what he would say to that question, lol.

Playing devil's advocate for a sec..Everyone is looking for their 15 minutes. There are going to be ppl that saw the signs and yada yada yada. I don't put much stock into who is on NG.

What are the other online sites to watch the trial? TIA![]()
do we even know if there is actual pictures of jodi and Travis nekkid together? i've only seen pics with one or the other in the shot.
what if..... jodi snuck in, and while Travis was elswhere in the house, she took the nekkid pics of herself with the timer set on the camera.
and another poster has mentioned that the pics of travis on the bed don't exactly look like sexytimes pics. what if he sleeps nekkid and she was being all stalkery and taking pics of him. maybe the ky was his, cause he was self exploring.
The fact that she was on the witness list tells me there's more to what she said than just getting 15 mins of fame. Juan likely didn't use her because she was drinking on the first night, therefore her testimony would only be taken with a grain of salt. Doesn't mean it didn't happen though.
I would bet there are lots of people who "knew" Travis but weren't friends with him who want to cash in on the fame. He was a popular guy so many people were acquaintances of his.
That is one of the reasons I try to specify whenever I talk about him that I knew him but I wasn't friends with him. I in no way want to portray myself as Travis' friend. Not because I think badly of him, in fact I actually think pretty highly of him. But I know it would be a lie. I imagine if Travis were still here and you asked him if he knew me he'd probably have to see a picture before he even vaguely remembered me. I know when my sister (who was better friends with him) called me, because she had seen the Picture Perfect episode, and asked if I remembered Travis Alexander. I said the name sounds familiar but I can't put a face to the name. When I saw his picture then I remembered who he was.
I think there are a lot of people who knew him like I did but claim they were his friends. Just because we went to church together and talked every now and then does not make us friends.
