    Side note...
That video link that a few of you posted with the guy in disguise and the fake Asian accent explaining the trial is hilarious. It's 1/2 hr so it's quite long but if you can make the time it'll def make you laugh

He put the exhibit in his bag which is on the floor next to him on his right. Cocopop found the part where the court clerk who gives out exhibit numbers and keeps track of items marked into evidence is looking for a missing marked exhibit at the end of the day and if watch you can see she is looking for notes on yellow paper (same as he put in his bag) and you can clearly hear her say she's looking for "notes"

Well, Jodi will be 33 in July I believe. Carl was born in 1985 apparently. So, he's 27 unless he's had a birthday this year already. No clue. But at best, he's 28 which makes him 5 years younger than Jodi, possibly 6. So yeah, if she was 13 at the time, he was 7 or 8. I doubt he would make a good witness to Jodi allegedly being held at knifepoint.

On NG.. it was the girl (can't remember her name) that was Travis' room mate and she said Jodi showed up to a party (uninvited) at his house. Jodi announced herself in front of 30 people there as his girlfriend while he was with another girl as his date. He had to do damage control and tell everyone that she was NOT his girlfriend.. basically he tried to get her to leave but she stayed anyway and slept under his Christmas tree while he slept in his office...
Clancy Talbot. When I heard the name, I was surprised it was a woman (I figured that was a male name), so it stuck with me.

Jodi would just look adoringly at her handiwork every chance she got.

Stabarella was told before showing up to his house. "Don't come, there is no room, I'll see you at the seminar". Stabarella shows up anyway?!? Ladies would you have shown up at his house when you were basically uninvited?

After showing up and introducing yourself as his girlfriend, he makes it a point to say to everyone with you there "I dated her a few times, but she is NOT my girlfriend." Ladies, if a man said that to his friends in front of you wouldn't you get embarrassed and I don't know, leave? (I would)

Getting told again "There is no room for you to stay here" basically meaning "I don't want you to stay here". Wouldn't you say fuck this guy? Would you sleep under a Christmas tree? Seriously, how pathetic and desperate is that?

There is definitely a mental disorder with this bitch, and it isn't ptsd.
I would be done with the guy, but then again, being normal, I can comprehend what a break-up means, unlike Jodi.

I'm not saying that Travis was abused physically by Jodi, but I do think she abused him emotionally to some extent. And I have no doubts that she was able to manipulate and conive her way into his life.

Especially if she connected with him about their pasts. If she is to be believed (and perhaps this was all made up as well, in order to gain Travis's trust), she had a difficult childhood. That right there is something that would have given them something to bond over. That alone might have been enough to create an emotional tie that enabled her to manipulate him.

She could have said how depressed she was, or maybe she threatened to kill herself, or she would cry about how no one in her life really loved her, and how she was so alone. And Travis, who maybe harbored some of those same dark thoughts, would think, "This is a kindred spirit. I can't turn her away. She needs me."

Plus there was the sex. Guys become idiots once their peepees get involved in things. I suspect that perhaps they had a 'no strings attached' policy. Friends with benefits. At least, that's what Travis believed. Jodi obviously wanted more out of it.
I would definitely agree that she emotionally abused him. There was that one text he sent her where he said that she had hurt him more than anyone ever had and that she was the worst thing to ever happen to him, considering his parents and his bad upbringing, that's saying a lot, that Jodi was the worst.

Hopefully! And hopefully he can be charged with something for stealing evidence. I doubt they would go that far, but they should. I doubt it was accidental on his part, just like it was not accidental that he started scribbling in his notebook while Martinez's back was turned.

Second thought, Travis seemed to be like a Boy Scout (always prepared). He did the sweet cinnabon thing and the romantic bubble bath. If he had any idea Jodi was coming and he wanted to try tying her up it would have been set up. I think there never was a rope.

Next, It appears that during their relationship Jodi took all of the pictures of them together. Buying a new camera was another way of getting Jodi out of his life. If Jodi wanted shower pictures she would have taken them on her camera, Travis had no use for them. I know they sent erotic pictures on their phones, but isn't this the first time we have heard of them on a camera.

She also never respected the rules of her parents (and this was clear in her testimony on the stand) and Jodi always did what Jodi wanted to do. Doesn't even sound like she respected her jobs, b/c she sure took off enough to go on trips. She didn't respect OG because she bailed out on a foreclosure and didn't even help him pay the basic utility bills in the end.
Actually, thinking about her testimony, there is nothing about that girl that I would have wanted to be around. It doesn't even sound like she has much of a personality.
Sounds like the only thing she had going for her were her sexual experience. Well, IDK, her sex talk was boring as hell.....so that may even be an iffy.

There is no telling. The defense wants a mistrial so bad.

This is something I was wondering this morning. The times of the actual court. I used that guy's youtube that cuts all the sidebar stuff out and got the times of actual testimony.
    Day 34-(1:14:16)
    Day 33- Part 4 (48:11) Part 3- (1:07:28) Part 2-(32:32) Part 1 (17:48)
    Day 32- Part 3-(1:08:35) Part 2- (45:02) Part 1-(28:38)
    Day 31-Part 2-(2:10:56) Part 1-(22:36)
    Day 30 Part 2-(1:17:16) Part 1-(34:48)
    Day 29-( 2:50:00)
    Day 28-(1:52:14)
    Day 27- Part 2-(2:06:38) Part 1-(55:41)
    Day 26 (2:39:59)
    Day 25- Part 3- (1:08:54) Part 2- (1:03:41) part 1-(1:11:33)
    Day 24- Part 3- (57:27) Part 2-(1:22:28) part 3-(1:20:58)
    Day 23- Part 3-( 2m 42 sec) Part 2-(1:11:25) Part 1-(1:10:54)
    Day 22- Part 3-(58:19) Part 2- (53:42) Part 1-(1:17:59)
Wow... so actual court is is about 2 hours? Ridic.

Yes, and keep in mind. These are the notes that he was sort of hiding under his other papers. The judge saw them and pointed them out. Then he sneaks them into his bag. I hope Martinez or the court has a copy somewhere. Me thinks the "good" doc may be up to something. I could tell that he HATED having any of his precious notes entered into evidence.

Well I'm guessing that by the tone of the juror's questions we will have an idea if they might be considering the Dr's testimony as factual and whether they are buying into this "story".....and apparently there are ALOT of questions...last I heard it was about 100 questions

I missed the end of yesterdays testimony. Is The defense pretty much done for now? I really hope so! I'm so ready to move on to juror questions already.

Oh wow, woes pretty gal. Does anyone know why on earth this woman is not being called to testify about her version of events at that PPL seminar? Monkey Face testified about this issue on direct, so it's been admitted...and she said she was so upset, she had to cry in the bathroom for a half hour. I don't remember hearing her say she actually CONFRONTED the woman. This would be a great rebuttal witness.

I know she was originally on the prosecution's list of witnesses however I'm not sure if she has been released from her subpeona. It appears she is watching the trial or news reports of the trial, and if she is still under subpeona she wouldn't be allowed to do so. However I think if she was a rebuttal witness its a smart move by JM because JA has already testified and she wouldn't be able to say that the woman is "full of crap" like she said about Ryan Burns. I would think if she had been released from her original subpeona, they could just issue a new one

    Hi Doll,
My guess would be drunks wouldn't be considered reliable witnesses. Might be asking for more trouble than it is worth at this stage.
For the record, the drunken lady is now reporting Jodi confronted her the NEXT day, not the same night. We also know Travis was not a drinker to the point he has an adversion to those who do!
She is claiming Travis was 'like a younger brother'. Travis referred to her (sex tape) as a drunk! That didn't sound like he thought highly of her or even liked her. It isn't the only time Travis let us know he can't stand drinkers either. It was his main complaint about another group of ppl the used conference /training to get drunk and called them 'soulless' for it.

thanks Sneakers! U R still the greatest finder :) I can't agree though on the yellow notes if that was what the court staff was searching for. He definately grabs some but....
when I watch the court reporter, the first thing she heads for at the podium and picks up, even folds to check the number is White, not yellow. Time will tell if the questionable doc was pulling a no no.

You're right about that...guess JM has to outweigh the good and bad with this person and also there have already been witnesses and JA herself to attest to her confronting other women, (and not just with Travis)...I think he really has to hone in on the premeditation aspect because I think this could be an area that is still up in the air for some jurors.

Oh, I don't remember him saying that about her on the tape. It was so long ago. I am supposed to re-listen to the tape to hear what exactly Travis said about Brazilians, but have yet to do so (sorry to those I told I would have that done by now). If I had re-listened, I would have heard him mention this incident. I know Mormons don't drink, but am surprised he'd call a woman a drunk because she had a few glasses of wine at a get-together. It seems harsh. Perhaps he was saying it to placate Monkey Face....like, an exaggeration...him in effect saying don't worry about me and her, she's a drunk (but not really).

I dread listening to the domestic violence lady. I anticipate getting really pissed off that she'll "comport" her testimony to go with Stabby McPsycho's fake sob story.
TA was the one who was emotionally abused, jmo.She tried to isolate him from friends, business associates and probably to a degree his family. She used sex as a weapon.

In Flores' interview with her he says to her that her parents are not surprised she's involved the murder. Doubt he would say that her without it being true and that in itself is very telling about what her family though/suspected of her. I wonder if there was ever a time that her family was afraid of her? Aside from the time she beat her younger brother over the head with a bat of course!

The amount of time on actual testimony is a joke! It will be June before this thing is over at this rate!

The notes he stuffed in his bag are the ones where he couldn't find the date where he gave Stabby the test. What a quack and he's a scumbag to boot!

when I watch the court reporter, the first thing she heads for at the podium and picks up, even folds to check the number is White, not yellow. Time will tell if the questionable doc was pulling a no no.
I had help from Cocopop. She pinpointed what session of court it was and around what time it happened! It just took watching it frame by frame to catch the actual moment he did it. It was very sneaky.

NG is the only implying the woman 'only had a couple wines'. Nancy DISgrace is known to lie and twist the truths. And the fact this 'drunk' let it ride in contrary to Travis' own words to me invalidates anything she says. If she's willing to lie or let NG lie, that is not representing truth in my book.

Travis indeed said 'drunk'. If you do end up reviewing it, it is in the part where they are talking about Abe. And Travis (paraphrased) is stating to JA about Abe being drunk 'kissing my gf' after 'I just got my ass ripped for a DRUNK girl falling on me'.
At the time, I didn't think much of it, except the impression stuck he did not identify this 'drunk girl' as a good or close friend.

I know it's been posted here a few times but can someone post the link again for the guy that posts all the trial without sidebar? Thanks... It's annoying taking 7 hrs to hear 2 hrs of court

I am so Arias'd out and I know I need to step the fuck away from this obsession...but then I watch Eddie Snell or see Travis's blogs again and I remember why all of us are so invested in this case. Travis wasn't perfect, but I can only hope to have a fourth of the impact he made on people in the short time he was here. I seriously have deep hatred for this bitch and I pray the jury gets this right. 220...221...whatever it takes. :)

Good point. I suppose the doc would answer that while the "fog" started immediately, some of the other symptoms came later, and he thinks this is normal for PTSD?

I think if there was a rope, Stabby brought it with her. I always wondered if she even had thoughts of trying to get Travis to allow her to tie him up, thus making her job of killing him easier? (Here you tie me up, Travis. Wasn't that fun? Now let's reverse it!)

I know they sent erotic pictures on their phones, but isn't this the first time we have heard of them on a camera.
Stabby's phone was turned off. Not sure if that means she just adjusted a setting (and it could still take pictures), or if she actually removed the battery to make absolutely sure it would not ping any cell towers in AZ. I think Stabby might have planned to use her own camera for the photo shoot, but perhaps the "hey, we can use your nice new camera" angle was part of how she talked him into doing it at all.

Ah, I'll have to find Cocopop for deserved reps too, thanks for letting me know. I missed a day, maybe two? three? oh hell, who knows now ......
but know this, I'm not letting Dr Gus Crackpot near me! I reviewed a lot of vids this morning. OMG, sneaky doc even uses the same rehearsed verbage killer uses. Tell me the jury didn't catch that shit too.

I say if there is a bleeding heart moron on the jury, They better watch out! If this stalker gets out because of their stupidity, and they think this stalker won't hunt down you, your kids, your grandkids to slit their throats for locking her up at all, they are as crazy as the killer.

I am apprehensive this morning about the jury questions.

It was evident to me when we began hearing their questions for stabby that they were not buying her lies.

If the questions today are cynical of the doctor and his opinions then I think it will be fair to conclude they are done. It's going to be either the DP or LWOP.
