Dear Diary,
Today was an exceptionally short day. I must admit, I am VERY glad about that. I've got a little bit of an embarrassing problem. How do I put this delicately...my butt itches. A lot. I don't know if I have worms or if I contracted some kind of an infection. It makes me very uncomfortable and I end up squirming and wiggling in my chair when I have to sit for long periods of time. I can only guess as to what caused this butt infestation/infection. It may be because I have not been able to adequately sanitize my butt pleasuring toys. We are not allowed hand sanitizer in jail, so it is really hard to get things clean. Thanks a lot Sheriff Joe. This is all his fault.
I am feeling a bit like MacGyver at the moment. We planned an very intricate scenario today in court that I must say, was a complete hit. Or should I say 'splash'? You see, we were all in a complete panic when we saw that the jury had over a hundred questions for Doctor Dildo. This guy is not the sharpest knife in the purse. There was NO way Jennifer was going to be able to adequately coach him on how to answer all those questions. We needed time, and we needed lots of it. So, I had this great idea. How about we cause a distraction by having someone murdered in the gallery? For whatever reason they were not on board with that. Nurmi did think I was onto something. So, we decided to have someone throw up. The question then became how do we cause someone to throw up? I suggested punching someone in the stomach over and over again. Of course Nurmi, Mr. Know It All, said that was not exactly doable. So then I suggested a fool proof plan to get someone to throw up. I had my trusty lap dog Donovan help us out. All she had to do was flash a random person and WHAM! Puke everywhere!!! And let me tell you, it was everywhere. This person threw up so much it covered a good section of the gallery. Well done, Donovan, well done.
Well, I am afraid I'm going to have to cut this short. My butt is on fire. And not in a good way. I think I may need to make another trip to the infirmary. At least I am guaranteed some butt action when they exam me!! Typical Jodi...I'm always looking at the bright side!

It really says a lot about Stabby that anyone who has tried to help her has been destroyed either personally or professionally. Whoever said she ruins everything, is absolutely right.

On NG.. it was the girl (can't remember her name) that was Travis' room mate and she said Jodi showed up to a party (uninvited) at his house. Jodi announced herself in front of 30 people there as his girlfriend while he was with another girl as his date. He had to do damage control and tell everyone that she was NOT his girlfriend.. basically he tried to get her to leave but she stayed anyway and slept under his Christmas tree while he slept in his office...
Teenage court observer just said it on Dr. Drew: "None of this has any relevance to premeditation." Smart girl!

In the Tori Vienneau murder of her and her 10 month old son, her mother asked the Judge to have the autopsy photos put on his cell wall by his bed, and it was so ordered. It would be so awesome if they would do this to Jodi.
I have a question for you all. A majority of us in this thread are ladies, correct? On NG she had a friend of Travis. The friend said some things about an incident that had me thinking, and I need to get your feedback here.
Stabarella was told before showing up to his house. "Don't come, there is no room, I'll see you at the seminar". Stabarella shows up anyway?!? Ladies would you have shown up at his house when you were basically uninvited?
After showing up and introducing yourself as his girlfriend, he makes it a point to say to everyone with you there "I dated her a few times, but she is NOT my girlfriend." Ladies, if a man said that to his friends in front of you wouldn't you get embarrassed and I don't know, leave? (I would)
Getting told again "There is no room for you to stay here" basically meaning "I don't want you to stay here". Wouldn't you say fuck this guy? Would you sleep under a Christmas tree? Seriously, how pathetic and desperate is that?
There is definitely a mental disorder with this bitch, and it isn't ptsd.
I have my suspicions that she might have arrived unannounced, too, but realistically speaking, even if she did enter the house to "surprise" him, I think it's safe to assume the sexy time pics prove her presence wasn't UNwanted on his behalf. He could have asked her to leave, called the authorities to have her removed, etc.
As for his friends and family not knowing of her visit, I don't believe, according to one of his brothers' statement to the police after the murder, he had much contact with any of them once he moved to Arizona so I wouldn't expect any of his siblings to know about the visit. As for his friends...well, he wasn't exactly shouting from the rooftops that he was still in contact with Jodi because his friends would have probably dissuaded him.
I suspect her arrival might have been unannounced as well, but I have no proof of that; the fact that he allowed her to remain for a romp would go to the fact that her presence was (at least at that point) acceptable to him.
Just trying to keep a whit of objectivity in gray areas.
The problem is, Stabby would not mind. It would not bother or upset her. She isn't sorry, she doesn't feel bad about it, and she never will.

It has kind of been a long standing joke here on MDS to say "Jodi ruins everything."
But, to be fair, we later learned that it was Travis who said something to Jodi along the lines of "you ruin everything you come in contact with" or something similar. So, yeah, Travis was the original one who discovered this. It's just tragic that he didn't heed his own intuition. :(

Shit, I meant to muti-quote my bad I posted too soon. Yeah, I just thought of that right after I posted this. You're totally right, I think she would actually really love it, damn, never mind.
I think we've all known or at least heard of girls like Jodi. They don't get a freakin hint (probably because they don't care). She has no shame, feels no guilt, etc. I bet if they did brain scans on her she'd be more than a little "off".
Oh my. I hope this was all relayed to the Prosecution and I hope we see some of this on rebuttal. Not assertive and low self esteem my ass!

I agree there is something off with her mentally (of course we know that).
But I also am flabbergasted about how Travis would want to date her AFTER this happened. Supposedly they began dating 2 months later, if this was at Christmas time.
Their relationship was beyond toxic. I think this is part of why this trial as as huge as it is. People are having a hard time wrapping their head around Travis continuing to see her after she started showing stalker tendencies.
Certainly not something I would do (EVER) and I think I have a healthy (normal) self esteem and I run a business so I have to be assertive.
Please, please let these people have told the prosecution about this and please let there be some of this in the rebuttal case!
