He has JM down, his thought of Juan blowing a gasket and not making it to the end of the trial is exaclty how I felt at the beginning before i realized that is how he always is. I'm sure they all lack empathy. But, does anyone doubt that if it was Jodi sitting in the gallery and someone else was on trial, that she would be acting the same way as the rest of that circus of a family?

I know I couldn't! Funny, for a moment all I could think was, "yeah the defense totally planted someone to induce vomiting, so that they could have the long weekend to work on Doc's lies for the jury questions."

Of course, that's somewhat moot, IF we actually do have court tomorrow. I'm waiting to see on that one. They are so bad about putting in full days, full weeks, and they cancel at the drop of a hat.

I think several of the jurors are really sharp and clever. I could see them asking questions the way they did with Jodi. I would be more worried if there were only a few questions.

Is the so-called abuse expert going to say that Jodi was traumatized by Travis and she flashed back to having the knife put at her throat at 13, disassociated, snapped and started stabbing, and she really "didn't mean to" kill Travis?

Hang on... Didn't Dr Dick say he had NOT spoken to or interviewed her friends and family?? Perhaps I am remembering incorrectly, but I thought that was a question he was asked. If so, where did the info from the brother come from?

He mentioned reading interviews done by others. That may be what he is referencing. If not, he will just lie and say it is.

What if she was in some sort of rage blackout/frenzy of some sort? Say she shot/stabbed him first, in the shower but nothing went as expected... something caused her to flip out (cuz her plans were getting all f'ed up?) and she just went crazy?

Now, I don't believe for a second that he attacked her first, or any of her horse shit really... but in regards to the real fight, what if she really doesn't remember the sequence of events and needed to see the pics to figure out wtf to tell the police (cuz you know she was probably already trying to formulate a story)?

I really do not think that in a stage of rage you can remember just the beginning or just the end or both. There would be complete blackness there OR she would at least remember bits and pieces... little blurps of information/scenes in her head that would have helped her piece it together. Because of her 'perfectly placed remeberances' alone, I call bullshit and say she remembers everything. She wants to keep it to herself, because that is one part of Travis hat truly ONLY she knows. She can make up lies that she knew he was abusive and no one else did. She can make up lies that he was a pedo and no one else knew... but truly - the only thing she has of Travis is his sexual life and his murder. Both of which she made sure she got the last of. It absolutely disgusts me that she has him this way, but it's the truth, and she knows it, and feels no regret or remorse whatsoever.

I thought I remembered him saying that as well. Did you talk to her atty's: no. Did you talk to her cellmates: no. Did you talk to her friends: no. Did you talk to her family: no. JM asked all of the above IIRC.
