Is anyone else getting a bit depressed at this point? I'm not sure if it's the yellow cast that hangs in the courtroom or the talk about JA's mental health or thinking about Travis' last moments. Strange. It all seems especially depressing to me today. It's not that I think that she won't be convicted. I'm almost positive she'll found guilty. Such a weird feeling tho.
Just wondering if anyone else feels the same.

I got depressed watching that video of Travis on Dr. Drew tonight. I could not watch anymore after I saw him. He was very funny and seemed to really connect with the crowd.

Yes. The whole case has me depressed. I hope that the jury has picked up on all of what JM pointed out. I am sick of all of the approaches. It seems like they spend more time at the bench then they do questioning witnesses. I can't stand how the judge doesn't put her foot down with the defense witnesses. They dick dance around the questions and won't give straight answers to the prosecution. Not one of the prosecution witnesses did that to the defense on cross. It is ridiculous.
I have tortured myself with HLN at night and all of the videos that TA's friends bring on the shows, and their stories of him get me upset, and angry. She deserves a guilty verdict on first degree murder, she planned this and knew what she was going to do. I hope that the jury gets it right.

THIS!!! Did anyone else notice this? Martinez was about to nail him on all the things he left out, Martinez turns his back on Doc to hand paper to defense, Doc takes out his pen and starts scribbling in his notebook, the same one he refers to moments later to recall all the things he left out because of "typos". After he refers to it, Martinez had it entered into evidence. I'm pretty sure Doc was not supposed to be adding to the evidence while sitting on the stand!

I said this in an earlier post...I fixed it because I was wrong about when it happened. It was at the end of part one of today. At 1:23, Jodi is mouthing "Jennifer", but Willmott doesn't hear her. Then a few moments later she starts looking around all sneaky like. At 1:24 Jodi puts on her jacket, looks behind her, makes an odd face, grabs the yellow notebook and walks away. Then the camera man goes back to the attorneys and the judge. I want to know what she was doing with her sneaky yellow notebook.

Well the defense isn't' really proving self defense either with all of their nonsense.. so that is why I am saying its hard to tell where this is going to go. Like I said I am worried about the one juror .. just the one and I have a feeling that there will be "the one".

I agree with Coconut. I wished he would simplify it all. Because at this point, I don't see how he is going to get her on premeditation. So what if she bought gas cans? So what if she changed her hair color? Now, turning of the cell was a little off, but so what? Where is the gun? The gun that many people believe she stole from her grandparent's house, but cannot prove she used to do the killing.

I don't know. Everything she did after does not play into premeditation.
