I agree. It really made Travis out to be a nice guy. Putting up with Stabby the whole time...singing with her even though he was so tired, and always respectful towards her. Even when she called her sister dumb and stupid, he didn't jump on that wagon. He just said, "bless your heart, you love her."

Well the defense isn't' really proving self defense either with all of their nonsense.. so that is why I am saying its hard to tell where this is going to go. Like I said I am worried about the one juror .. just the one and I have a feeling that there will be "the one".
Thank you for posting this information. I was thinking about how much work Samantha is missing from her police job, all these weeks turned into months...no end in sight...I think they deserve a little help.
And, how does JM go about doing that, except to focus on every detail that he can.....to leave no stone unturned, in his prosecution of this case? This is a huge case, with serious consequences, no matter how it plays out. He would not be doing his job if he skipped over the minute details. The extent of Jodi's actions and lying in the aftermath is what has caused this...not JM and his style.

Yes, I agree with you and it really pissed me off when she kept trying to sneak stuff in and have the quack of a Dr. "suggest" that Jodi may have "snapped" or try and give a diagnosis based around her lies.
Willmott has her as a friend on FB, so that confirms it.
Agree - Just please do not contact JM's office. They are already overwhelmed with calls from all the nancy drew/HLN-er's of the world.

He holds a PhD, so it's appropriate that he has the title "Dr." before his name. He was correct when he answered that he's not a doctor. The doctoral degree he holds does not mean he's allowed to practice medicine like those who hold a Medical Doctorate (M.D.)That's What I thought he said. Okay.....I looked up the AZ law, concerning self-defense. It says that the burden of proof is not solely on the DT, but that they must call witnesses to support their claim. The burden is on the DA to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt, no matter what the defense claims (or should I say in spite of it.) Also, there are lesser verdicts that the jury will be instructed to consider.
