Dear Diary,

Um, what just happened? Like, really. What. Just. Happened? My dumb expert witness, Doctor Dildo, just got owned by Fartinez. I cannot believe it. I am just in shock. Really, I think I may be having another outbreak of PTSD, only for real this time! That could not have gone any worse. My own expert witness said I "lied". How is THAT going to help me? Does he think we are paying him to call me a liar. I thought I had him wrapped around my finger. But, Fartinez starts in on him and he is all, "duh, duh, duh." And to think, I flirted with him NON stop for about 30 hours. Gross. I guess it was all a HUGE waste of my time. This joker is just one more impediment that I do not need.

And Fartinez got so bent out of shape because he sent me a book? I didn't even read it! It was a stupid "self help" book. Um, I don't really need any self help books, thank you very much. I need a friggen witness who doesn't call me a liar and make me look like an idiot. He better do better tomorrow or I will make him "Doctor Dildo WITHOUT a heartbeat."

On a positive note...Donovan was back in court today. She's been on vacation with a "gal pal" of hers. I kept turning around and laughing at her. She was doing these hilarious imitations of Fartinez. Who says court can't be fun? Just look at my mom and aunt. They are having a blast. I snuck a peak at Travis' family today. Talk about a snooze fest. I don't want to de-edify them, but seriously, they need to lighten up a bit. I bet the jury is not impressed either. At least my side knows how to have some fun and live a little!

Well, I would write more, but I think I better get busy on my artwork. I am hoping that my new line of portraits will be especially remunerative. I am doing a series entitled "The Jurors." Everyone is going to be enthralled with these.

No, not you! The media. I've had HLN on in the background all night and it seems every time I look up when they are talking about the case there is a picture of Jodi & Travis "together" on the screen. It is maddening that they constantly do it!

I think the comments are regarding the collective media onslaught of images portraying Travis and Jodi as some sort of 'Happy Couple'! Not a comment on you, as you were posting them as 'never seen before' images!

I enjoyed seeing the pictures, so thank you for posting them. The way I look at it, Jodi is a big fat NOTHING. I don't even look at her in those photos because she is not worthy of the time or the attention. But I love seeing photos of Travis, because each one shows his amazing spirit shining through. Even when they were together, she couldn't hold a candle to the brilliant life force that was Travis. His smile, his eyes, his personality.....they blow her right out of any photo ever taken of them.

Do you know what I am sick of the media doing? I am sick of seeing the media put up the Jodi & Travis "happy relationship" photos. She is already associated with his name in a sick way forever. She doesn't deserve to be shown in pictures smiling with him. She forfeited that right when she slaughtered him. The only photos that should be shown of Travis are of him and his friends, him and his family, him LIVING. Not the photos of him smiling with his murderer. Ok, off my soapbox.

You're right but that also makes it so bizarre. Why didn't she leave ALL the evidence there or why didn't she clean EVERYTHING up. I don't get it.... Trying to clean part of it up and leaving all that blood, handprint, hair etc...

Can you imagine what this case would look like if she'd simply taken the camera with her... and had time to clean up the blood/hair? Then it really would be CA all over again.

The neck wound bothers me the most.....I cannot imagine how someone is capable of inflicting such a horrendous wound on another person. I could not do that to an animal, much less a human being. This was someone that she was intimate with, only hours before she did this? For me, this is what convinces me beyond any doubt of her guilt of 1st degree murder. How can she sit there, existing in her own skin?

Not only was she intimate with him only hours before, but while they were being intimate, she knew she planned to kill him.

It was earlier in the day, right after lunch maybe? Anyhow, I didn't catch all of it, but the judge asked Flores if he could have the tapes tomorrow and he said yes. No one has been discussing it, but I'm VERY curious about it. I'm assuming HLN didn't discuss it either?

When Jodi complains about the sex I just shake my head. We all know that she loved feeling like she had some sort of control over him because of it. She was so manipulative and just wanted him to love her. She knew he was pulling away and that the sex wasn't gonna work anymore and she was loosing control. I think she went there thinking she could just have sex with him and weave him back into her web and when that doesn't work and she finds out he's still going to Mexico that was it.... Game over!
