Right, none of the thousands of people on this site comprehend that except you.

So levity is too much for you, but fashion commentary is not?? Interesting.

(And to enlighten you, the pic is of Elsa Lancaster who starred in the film The Bride of Frankenstein, it is not a pic of me. But how interesting that the moment someone has an opinion different than yours, you attack them personally with comments about what you believe is their personal appearance.)

    Riiiiiiight.....

That is why you referred to it as MY hairstyle?!?!

And any film history major would not be referencing Bride of Frankenstein (1935) and Young Frankenstein (1974) in the same sentence. Bride of Frankenstein was the sequel to Frankenstein (1931). There is NO WAY a film history major would make such an error. Just sayin'

Lighten up Elsa .... Show a little "levity". Your Maker, Dr. Frankenstein says: I've been cursed for delving into the mysteries of life! Maybe Franky needed a bit more humor? No?

Did anyone notice yesterday the Dr. was explaining something and compared the brain to a computer....JA did the same thing during her testimony and also alot of the words she used when testifying i.e., fog, memory gaps, etc are the same words the Dr. uses. It also made me laugh yesterday when she was attempting to act like she was "out of it"..blank look and staring off into space like she wasn't mentally there....trying to act out what the Dr. was describing and then as soon as the jury left the room she was back to her old self, smiling with Nurmi...she absolutely sickens me!!!

Yes, the change in her demeanor from when the jury was present to when the jury was absent was very telling. It is SO obvious she is faking her alleged PTSD.

JA had plenty of time to familiarize herself with his work before she took the stand.

Your ignorance is Hilarious. One was horror, one was parody. Both are legend. Now Jodi, please cease your combative ramblings and let's get back to the point of this forum: it's called Death. In this case, Death by murder....or should I say slaughter. You want to continue this useless off-topic banter then spare the forum and message me privately. Who knows, I might be able to give you some useful hair tips.

Great observation. He said he met with her a dozen times... I'm sure she picked up some tips. She likes to study.

Dr. Drew's "juror" Katie said that when Dr. Dick was over at the defense table. He gave Jodi a big smile, and she smiled back at him. It didn't sit well with her. Smiling = lack of affect? This guy is full of shit.
I don't know how accurate Katie's reporting is but she said the jury wasn't even paying attention to any of the testimony.
I just hope that JM can shred this guy.

    This total BS.
Wow, a Yes/No test, how scientific! Not.

Really? All she would have had to do with a test like that was answer a bunch of questions with "yes", and bam, "you've got PTSD!" Ugh.

I wonder if the friends that discovered his body have PTSD.

God, that other site-what a bunch of idiots. They think someone else was involved because Jodi isn't strong enough to slice his throat. Also they think that the picture of Travis lying in the shower does not mean anything because it's not certain that he's actually dead, so the pic means nothing.

Well in my opinion, they can bring in a thousand experts and not one of them can justify what JA did to Travis...just to think what the last moments of his life were like and what must have been going thru his mind makes me so sad and angry at the same time. I just don't understand how someone can butcher a person they supposedly loved...I hate watching her in that courtroom smiling like nothing is wrong or getting snarky with JM like she in in the right...its almost beyond comprehension

    Exactly.
I admit I was a little harsh on the doctor yesterday. I've given this some thought and wanted to share a few things.

The doctor seems educated and knowledgeable. No denying that. He also seems likable, if a little bit arrogant at times. He may very well be an expert on PTSD.

My problem is that I do not believe for a millisecond that Jody has ever had PTSD. It is certainly not the cause of her memory problems and her convenient fog. For this doctor to say that she does makes me think he is doing it just for the money. I've got a serious problem with that.

    On a completely nonrelevant point:
I agree that he looks like a Searcy but for some reason he reminds me of one of Snow White's dwarfs. Ironically it is the dwarf "Doc" that he reminds me most of. It's also funny that their exert witness on domestic violence believes that Snow White was an abused woman. Things that make you go hmmmmm. I've cracked this case wide open!

Well thank you Mr DickWad for blowing this case wide open with this smoking gun.

This guy is a perfect match for JA. Do you think during their 12 sessions of therapy, any of them involved Pop Rocks, Tootsie Pops or Toberlone?
Well obviously. It's not like a person facing life in prison or the death penalty would lie or anything. That's the ridiculous thing about all of this. She was traumatized and repressed the memories, yet she just spent 18 days on the stand, including talking about the crime scene and things that happened after. Jodi's "PTSD", much like her fog, is mighty convenient. PTSD that comes and goes when it's beneficial to her defense? Talk about making a mockery of real PTSD sufferers.

Okay jurors, no more telling stories about how you were almost driven off the freeway, near crashes or your car accidents. Wipe them from your brain, your hippocampus needs to shut down even if you are a rat or snake.
Well, I've had a close call or two --one on icy roads, one where a tractor trailer wasn't paying attention, changed lanes and ran me off the road. Surprisingly, I can remember that in vivid detail, including the emotions I had at the time, and that happened 3 years ago.

I was thinking that too. For someone who has been working with Jodi for 3 years, and who knew he was going to be on the stand after she was done, he was completely ill-prepared. I can understand if someone is uncomfortable with public speaking and therefore has to refer to notes; I would have to. But, to not even have a basic idea?

I think it will be worth watching for sure. Does anyone know the expected start time?
Yep. It's her excuse as to why she allegedly can't remember the stabbing part of the killing, or disposing of the murder weapons, or anything like that. Blanket excuse, so that she can't be pinned down by Martinez; but he's already done that, and so, damage done. This psychologist is pointless, imo.

Funny thing is, I was half-watching one of the talk shows last night -- can't remember which -- and they were showing Jodi answering a juror question. And the question was something like "were you 'in the fog' when you were making out with Ryan Burns?" She answered yes. So, not only did this fog/PTSD occur in the middle of the murder, but it followed her into the car, on various stops for food and gas, and directly to Ryan Burns' house.

I don't buy the fog, or PTSD, at all. But, even if I did, no way would I believe that she could disassociate and then just be DRIVING around in this fog. Driving -- much of the way in the dark -- on an unfamiliar route to Utah, and being in a fog? No way.

Now, mind you, I can believe that a person can murder someone then go on about their day. History is full of these types of psychopaths. But, it's not that they go into a fog, it's that they just have no humanity and no conscience and they don't care what they did to another person. Jodi killed Travis, but she has no remorse or guilt because she believes it's his own fault. He dumped her and wouldn't give her the life she thought she was owed, so, he brought it all on himself. Thus, no guilt on Jodi.

Exactly. That's what I was thinking when I was watching this guy; he was contradicting himself all over the place. You can't claim a person is suffering from trauma when you're also claiming that they completely pushed the memories of the trauma out of their mind. It's one or the other. If you can't remember it (allegedly), you can't feel trauma and emotions over it.

I gotta respectfully disagree. Sociopath yes, but intelligent sociopath not even close. Just like her mediocre art, singing, etc. She is mediocre, and that might be giving her more credit than what she us due. She has made some many really stupid mistakes for an intelligent sociopath.
