Well he got her on the closet shelves...no way she could have gotten the gun down as she claims, therefore she had it beforehand, therefore premeditation.

I don't know how JM is keeping himself from jumping over, grabbing her by the throat, and throttling her. Every time I hear her say "I guess...." or "I don't remember...", I want to throttle her until her eyeballs and teeth rattle. Maybe THAT would jog the fog in her brain! I have those kind of shelves that I put books on. Many times, when I am cleaning out the book shelves, they will tip. It doesn't take much weight at all, in the wrong place, to upset them. And putting her weight onto the front of any of those shelves would have definitely caused them to tip. After all, the only weight already on them were some shoes and some folded clothing.

I think you've been perhaps the biggest disbeliever when it comes to the premeditation (I don't mean that in a mean way, BTW), so it makes my heart just swell to hear you say that!!!!!! I just like to think that, maybe a juror was holding out on that like you and may now feel the same way.
