Did the prosecution ever contact you about testifying since you saw her finger right after she claims Travis broke it? If they did not, I wish they would. That seems like it would be quite important.

I've thought about contacting them. I worry that, because I didn't originally remember the DATE of the event (until I saw her journal entry and realize, oh wow, she just mentioned it) that maybe I wouldn't be qualified. Dunno. But when I saw it in her journal I went "OMGosh, that was the event when I met her - SHE DIDN'T HAVE A BROKEN FINGER!!!!" Do you think I should call his office? If anything helps disprove the slander she is trying with Travis, then I would be happy to do it!!

I really, REALLY think you should contact his office. And tell them all the details (including that you did not remember the date at first). Let them decide how important it is. Because if it would help and you did not call and offer, that would be a tragedy.
