Enrique stated he spoke to Travis before he went to work at 6:30am and Travis stated to Enrique the he had had only 45 minutes sleep the night before ,Jodi was upstairs asleep in Travis's bed .He went upstairs and caught some shut eye after he (Enrique) went to work.say from 9-1. Awoke and banged like bunny's till 3ish?Got up went downstairs did some computer stuff had some oatmeal and her a banana and waited for her to finish taking her shower.He was beat tired so when he got into the shower the hot water felt good and he was washing her off.None of the pics looked posed he was relaxing after gettin some trim in the shower.

One charge (I'm paraphrasing from the indictment) is the 1st degree aggravated (?)murder, (a felony in itself) and the other is Felony murder arising from, as Martinez explained it at some point in the trial, being unlawfully in Travis's house (another felony) after she stabbed him the first time in the grounds that Travis would not want her to be there immediately that occurred. We went through that some few pages back. My speculation that she might have stolen some cash, (robbery) adds yet another 'felony.' If Jodi Arias did steal some of his money after stabbing Travis, it is doubtful whether an additional charge would be filed. She's already on Trial. At best, it would only serve as another demonstration of her criminal behavior.

We know one thing for sure. Jodi did not intend for anyone to know that she had been in Arizona. She accounted for the time she spent in Mesa by claiming she was driving around lost or she was sleeping. Therefore she could not risk leaving a paper trail of any kind ' till she got back to some place where she claimed to be. That means no credit/debit card purchases; no ATM withdrawals. I suppose the question is that, when she left Mesa after killing Travis, did she have enough gasoline in the tank or the cans to get her to a place where she admitted being? If not, Martinez has shown that she did not have enough of her own cash left to make an untraceable purchase? He went on at length correlating all of her gasoline purchases to the miles she could drive on one full tank (170 miles) now that we know where she actually was. It's complicated and would require some detailed plotting for any of us to figure it all out. The speculation is legitimate. If, upon leaving Mesa, Jodi did not have enough gasoline or cash of her own; if she dare not use a Credit/Debit Card or access an ATM to get some cash, what would be the most likely source of the cash she would need?
