I don't know, and will never know I guess because Jodi will never tell us. All of the resons she gave for having the gas made no sense. It has crossed my mind that she might have at one time intended on setting his house on fire. 10-15 gallons is even too much for burning up evidence.

Good thought... I definitely think there were multiple reasons for the gas, part of which that she didn't want to be seen on surveillance video getting gas in Arizona. Gas stations usually have cameras so they can bust people who pump and run.

It never occurred to me that she considered setting his house on fire, but I can totally see that crossing her mind.

Dear Diary,

Today was a good day for many reasons. For one, I am really connecting with, um, one of the jurors. It is a woman, and she and I have a great bond already. I can tell that she believes everything I am saying. Nurmi and Willmott keep saying, "it only takes one." And I think I have found that one. Of course, I don't believe I will be convicted at all, but worse case scenario, I think my gal will hang the jury for me. I just love gullible people. They are so easy to control.

Another good thing today was that I got to watch so much more of my 48 Hours interview. I was really mad that they did not include all of the interview in the original airing. It really should have been a two or three hour special. But, at least now everyone is seeing more of it. I look so hot on t.v. I was getting, um, turned on watching myself today. I'm sure everyone in the courtroom was too.

Speaking of getting turned on...was it just me or did Martinez show his sexy side today? I hate him, obviously, but even I was a little turned on when he started all his dirty talk!! I know what I will be thinking of later when I am pleasuring myself...with both hands of course!! I hope I have enough chap stick left over to use as lube. I may have to make a special trip to the commissary.

I am reviewing my notes on all of my lies so that I can keep them straight tomorrow. Martinez is really going to try to trip me up. I will admit that I am not exactly looking forward to the badgering I am going to get from him about the actual murder. But, I get to see all the crime scene and autopsy photos again, so it is most certainly worth it! It will be hard to sleep tonight. I am really looking forward to those pictures!

Also, I have figured out a great way of saying f*ck you to Martinez. Here are the things that I can say that will make him really mad: "I guess, probably, kind of, maybe, sort of, I don't remember, I can't recall, if you say so, I said yes, I said no, can you repeat that question, what are you talking about, I don't know." Ha ha ha, I just love seeing how angry I can make him. This is a game, and I am most definitely winning!

On a good note, my groupies have stepped up to the plate and are now sending in loads of cash. I am able to make really good hooch finally. Looks like it's party time in the Arias ward!!

What details do we have on the type of knife used? I've heard:

-5 inch blade
-from the knife block in the kitchen
-Jodi had a knife for slashing tires

Was it something like a chef's knife?



It sure wasn't a little steak knife, that would have broken. 29 aggressive deep slashes and stabs! It had to be a strong, sturdy knife to stand up to his skull.

I still don't believe it was a kitchen knife... and even if it was, she didn't get it from his kitchen. She brought it with her.

its not believable, we know she didn't shoot him first. and if she had that gunshot wound to the face would have knocked him on his ass, she claims he still came at her and it didn't slow him down. she says she didn't even realize she shot him. we'll never get the truth out of her.

well, maybe she'll write a book five or ten years from now when she's all butthurt that people don't remember her anymore.

He has shown she is a liar but she admitted that before the trial started. I personally don't think he has proven premed. And from what I understand if she ends up with murder 2 the prison time for that is 10 to 25 years, which she has already served 4 1/2 or so. I REALLY hope Juan doesn't fuck this up! (Can you tell I don't like him much?)

i'm no lawyer, but i feel like the pictures do a good job showing it was premeditated. we can see how quickly it happened so she obviously had the knife with her already. that shows premeditation if you ask me. then there is the whole gun issue, but that will probably never get straightened out.
