I'd just like to point out that I noticed Juan purposely saying wrong places and names and having Jodi correct him. One example was Bianca, I think he called her Briana or something and Jodi quickly corrected him. Juan KNOWS that woman's name and I'm sure he has interviewed her. He's making Jodi herself prove how fantastic her memory is and she doesn't even realize he's doing it. I love it.

It's not THE deciding factor, but it is a factor, whether the jury realizes it or not. It's a psychological phenomenon.

YES. JM is bringing the real Jodi out and the real Jodi is her own worst enemy.

I think that either she has been told to stay away from talking about jealousy or she has decided in her mind that the worst thing that she can do is admit jealousy. To flat out deny any jealousy at all is just another lie because EVERYBODY FEELS JEALOUSY. It is a normal emotion. Not Jodi though. No, no, she is never jealous.

It seems like she thinks this is a game and in order to win, she needs to outwit the prosecutor. First of all, she does not have enough wits, and second, she is coming off really badly. I would think that her attorneys would advise her to tone down the smirking etc. and to try to look more meek, but I don't know if she can do that. JM is doing a good job of ruffling her.

I noticed that too! It's awesome!!

Sidenote, hubs has a 9mm has shown me several times how to load, unchamber, remove magazine etc. I never remembered until I actually had to do it myself (classes). She is full of chit!
Regarding the trajectory. Beth Karis said yesterday that that was the reason for JA claiming Travis charged her "like a linebacker," lunging at her and grabbing her at waist/hips, in order to explain the angle of the shot. She's a smart one.

    She's such a fucken bo-tard.
With everyone else in her life, by simply saying, "it wasn't discussed..." the topic would be dropped. Not with Martinez!!!! Caught that ass!
There were several instances like that, she just didn't listen to the question properly, she was so used to Nurmi talking in a slow 'giving her time' manner, JM doesn't do that.

I don't think she can contain herself, she was amusing herself at her quick retorts and seems to have forgotten how it could be perceived by the jurors, Jodi is very sharp but her new found strength (supposedly) speaks volumes, literally!

That girl has a lot of anger in her. JM knows that and he is trying to expose it. Nurmi has a hard battle with Jodi, but he is trying.

JM is dealing with a known liar. She's been practicing her lies for years. His first approach yesterday was brutal, but I really think that's the only way you can approach a liar like Jodi. It has to be fast and hard. I was scared at first that JM was going to jump all into the evidence with no clear timeline going on. I slowly realized that he struck fast-then slowly started to lay everything out in order. He hit with Jodi's dumb sister first b/c when she made that statement-it was one of the only times we seen real emotion from her. He wanted her to be pissed off right from the beginning. LOL

Jodi has a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth. She has spewed that crap out for the last couple of weeks. I am glad somebody finally shut her up.
It was great and "I" felt euphoric at times, you can't help but feel proud of JM for rattling her cage the way he did... I think the first words Nurmi will ask when he recrosses is 'how did it make you feel'...lol

As far as sex and Jodi goes (can't seem to quote from my phone) I think for Jodi sex = love. She would rather be Travis's bitter butt toy than be just a friend. If she's giving it away and he's taking what she's given she think he cares for her more than just as a FWB.

Maybe somewhere in her life she had daddy issues and that why her vagina was always open. But that doesn't explain her unhealthy obsession with Travis.
Sex is the strongest weapon (unless you have a knife or gun) a woman posesses, I have always had the view that if a woman really wants a man, she has the ability to make it happen. Jodi was no shrinking violet and I think he was a challenge, with him (I do believe he was a virgin) she was able to fulfil all her sexual desires, he was her sexual creation and equal.

She was a confident woman who knew what she wanted and for a time had it, Travis knew the sexual side of their relationship had to end because he wanted to settle down, he was looking for a prospective wife and Jodi didn't fit the bill.

I so can't wait until the next instalment. :)

I think it is sumbliminal, they would not say that was the reason.

She said she was only pointing it, not intending to shoot it. She said it was a tackle to the waist, trying to get the forensics to add up. Remember she said her stories were geared towards the forensic evidence, yet if she can't remember the scene, how could she possibly do that?

I do think Juan should not 'yell', that always makes the other party look in control when you lose your temper. That is why she was smirking, she thought she had control. If you watch an argument, it is the calm one that looks like the winner. That is the m.o. some use, to try to 'get the goat' of the other while remaining calm.

I would post them but I think looking at them full page is a bit better. It was just a quick cut and copy into Paint so it's nothing great but it gives an idea. Anyways, here's the link http://i1232.photobucket.com/albums/...1/untitled.jpg

No doubt, the "Y" gives it away, kind of a swooping tail. IMO it looks totally identical. TU for posting.

I seriously cannot wait to hear the verdict on this case. We all (most of us) think 100% guilty, 1st degree, fry her. But if you were a jury member, what would you think then? Trying to keep an open mind, and I'll tell you... we caught all her lies during direct but the jury wouldn't know about the forged pedo letters, they wouldnt know about the slashed tire incident with Lisa, or a number of other things.

Looking at ONLY the evidence presented in court, what do you guys think the jury is thinking right now?

Thank you Jill! It is easy to see that it's her writing. Right away the lower case letter y matches the ones in her diarrhea. Also, did you catch her identifying the numbers as page numbers before Juan finished asking his question? I swear she implicated herself at that point, because prior to that, she was reading the notes as though they were written by someone else.

    creepy grin witch!

    http://www.timespublications.com/aug10-feature1.asp

Days after Travis was murdered, nearly a thousand people crowded the pews of a Mormon church in Mesa to say goodbye to their dear friend. Amid the sea of heartbroken faces, one person seemed to stand out. Near the front of the church, sat a woman—at times she appeared to be crying, at others, witnesses were said to have noticed a mischievous grin come across her face. The woman was Jodi Arias.

Another example of Jodi not having any idea when to show emotion and which emotion to show.

I hope they convict her too, but I share the same frame of mind on this as you. I'm hoping that JM's magazine catch is leading to something as damaging as the pedo letters would have been if admissible. I also would like to see some of these people that witnessed Jodi's stalking behavior testify.

oops... didn't finish answering. When the day ended yesterday, I felt confused and worried the jury might have felt the same. But last night I was glad to hear from the Dr. Drew jurors that the jury seemed to be favoring JM.

I might be way off and this may have been discussed, but is this Ann Campbell? Donovan is on the other side of this dude. I saw the pic from ABC news of Ann, and I think this person look similar with a different hair style.

I've been wondering about the psych evaluation the prosecution witness (the one who had her laptop stolen) did on Jodi. Does anyone know what kind of stuff the Dr. can testify about?

I think it is Ann. Could this person be Donovan? Passing a secret note perhaps?

    This was published TODAY http://abcnews.go.com/US/jodi-arias-...ry?id=18547130

Some of the article was written years ago, but it says they spoke to Donovan yesterday about the trial, she has some nerve talking to the media after her girlfriend's name was brought up in court no mention of that though.
