One example was Bianca, I think he called her Briana or something and Jodi quickly corrected him. Juan KNOWS that woman's name and I'm sure he has interviewed her. He's making Jodi herself prove how fantastic her memory is and she doesn't even realize he's doing it. I love it.

It's not THE deciding factor, but it is a factor, whether the jury realizes it or not. It's a psychological phenomenon.
YES. JM is bringing the real Jodi out and the real Jodi is her own worst enemy.
I think that either she has been told to stay away from talking about jealousy or she has decided in her mind that the worst thing that she can do is admit jealousy. To flat out deny any jealousy at all is just another lie because EVERYBODY FEELS JEALOUSY. It is a normal emotion. Not Jodi though. No, no, she is never jealous.
It seems like she thinks this is a game and in order to win, she needs to outwit the prosecutor. First of all, she does not have enough wits, and second, she is coming off really badly. I would think that her attorneys would advise her to tone down the smirking etc. and to try to look more meek, but I don't know if she can do that. JM is doing a good job of ruffling her.

Regarding the trajectory. Beth Karis said yesterday that that was the reason for JA claiming Travis charged her "like a linebacker," lunging at her and grabbing her at waist/hips, in order to explain the angle of the shot. She's a smart one.
There were several instances like that, she just didn't listen to the question properly, she was so used to Nurmi talking in a slow 'giving her time' manner, JM doesn't do that.
I don't think she can contain herself, she was amusing herself at her quick retorts and seems to have forgotten how it could be perceived by the jurors, Jodi is very sharp but her new found strength (supposedly) speaks volumes, literally!
It was great and "I" felt euphoric at times, you can't help but feel proud of JM for rattling her cage the way he did... I think the first words Nurmi will ask when he recrosses is 'how did it make you feel'...lolI thought Nurmi did a fabulous job yesterday. Yes, I said Nurmi. He was able to objects at just the right moment to give Jodi a chance to calm down. He was also taking his time reading the evidence stuff to slow JM down. If Nurmi wouldn't have done that-I really believe Jodi would have went right off the tracks. That girl has a lot of anger in her. JM knows that and he is trying to expose it. Nurmi has a hard battle with Jodi, but he is trying.
JM is dealing with a known liar. She's been practicing her lies for years. His first approach yesterday was brutal, but I really think that's the only way you can approach a liar like Jodi. It has to be fast and hard. I was scared at first that JM was going to jump all into the evidence with no clear timeline going on. I slowly realized that he struck fast-then slowly started to lay everything out in order. He hit with Jodi's dumb sister first b/c when she made that statement-it was one of the only times we seen real emotion from her. He wanted her to be pissed off right from the beginning. LOL
Jodi has a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth. She has spewed that crap out for the last couple of weeks. I am glad somebody finally shut her up.
Sex is the strongest weapon (unless you have a knife or gun) a woman posesses, I have always had the view that if a woman really wants a man, she has the ability to make it happen. Jodi was no shrinking violet and I think he was a challenge, with him (I do believe he was a virgin) she was able to fulfil all her sexual desires, he was her sexual creation and equal.
She was a confident woman who knew what she wanted and for a time had it, Travis knew the sexual side of their relationship had to end because he wanted to settle down, he was looking for a prospective wife and Jodi didn't fit the bill.
I so can't wait until the next instalment. :)

I seriously cannot wait to hear the verdict on this case. We all (most of us) think 100% guilty, 1st degree, fry her. But if you were a jury member, what would you think then? Trying to keep an open mind, and I'll tell you... we caught all her lies during direct but the jury wouldn't know about the forged pedo letters, they wouldnt know about the slashed tire incident with Lisa, or a number of other things.

Thank you Jill! It is easy to see that it's her writing. Right away the lower case letter y matches the ones in her diarrhea. Also, did you catch her identifying the numbers as page numbers before Juan finished asking his question? I swear she implicated herself at that point, because prior to that, she was reading the notes as though they were written by someone else.

Some of the article was written years ago, but it says they spoke to Donovan yesterday about the trial, she has some nerve talking to the media after her girlfriend's name was brought up in courtno mention of that though.
