Just to be clear...Daniel said that he removed the items from Jodi's backpack. Jodi saw her items removed and SHE became angry. Then words were said, she went upstairs, he followed, etc.

I have my own reasons for being interested in this case. I saw my BFF in her coffin after they sliced her to ribbons. I listened in court to the things they said. She was killed because she helped a homeless friend and the friend's boyfriend stole from her and she told the friend not to bring him back in the house. The friend, the boyfriend and two others broke into her house in the middle of the night, sliced her to shreds, slit her adopted daughter's throat and stuffed a rag in her congested babies throat. So screw you. No one deserves to die like that and then be sliced over again and again in court. NO ONE.

I don't really think they either are credible. You have to take each with a grain of salt and look at WHY they are saying what they are saying. So many people lie on the witness stand...happens every day.

They are in prison without parole. I was good with that. Two girls were there at the time with the two guys and they just stood there and let them kill her brutally. He just wanted the bitch to die over his stealing $50 bucks and being asked by my friend not to come back to her home. His girlfriend was homeless and my friend took her in to give her a place to live. He took offense to that and killed her for it.

Holy crap, I am so sorry for your loss and their suffering. Thats terrible. I've only been in this board for one night and you really hit home with me. I always know the story of the attacker and the victim. Never the survivors. Again, I am sorry.

Glasshat, it's true that Lisa Diadone said those things in her email. BUT, and you seem to forget, she also said that after she complained to Travis about those things, he quit doing them. That shows a man who was unaware of how his actions were effecting others and a man who was willing to change.

What he did say is, they had nothing more than normal couples squabbles.
