I always wonder what Jodi's brother would say now. I stalk his Facebook sometimes. He is an odd duck but I wonder if he would ever talk.
One thing that always intrigued me was hearing her say, "Still beat you, brat" while she was alone in the interrogation room. I've often wondered if she called Travis a brat when he irritated her and she was musing aloud about how she got the best of him in the end or if she was talking about the detective.
Who was that weirdo who got put on the stand then wouldn't give answers? Gus?
He worked for the same company as Travis, but befriended Jodi.
Gus Searcy
Did we ever find out what his big reveal was?
Now I'm going to have to read this thread, aren't I? I was trying to stay away from it, but I have to uderstand what all the intrigue is about it
If anyone can figure out how I could get in contact with Patti Womack, it would be greatly appreciated.
Intrigued! Apparently she was on Dr Phil. Owner of linked blog directs you to enter 'Patty' into search bar for more info on her. Maybe you could drop s/he a mail, they may have kept Patty's address. (Someone posted it on The State v JA page on FB back then).

Not so much an issue, I mentioned it a couple of times on here and elsewhere, but I was convinced Jodi was on the game. In a 'private' (breakaway) group from elsewhere, a girl claiming to be a friend of Patty & Jodi posted a pic of herself with both of them. She claimed Jodi was an escort, didn't say much about Patty apart from the drug issue already out there. Internet/pinch of salt. The blogger might be of use, though.
Ugh, hate that I'm commenting:
Jodi's brother
Donovan (former cellmate)
Maria the mitigation
jennifer the female
the snow white dv advocate - what was said in chambers
id like to know more about the prosecutor's mental health witness, as she was robbed during
And Travis' brother and two
oh, duh,
juror 7 (17?) Would be an interesting interview
Eta: the new owner of the home. Had to be interesting, especially with them going back to measure stuff.
Also, I could be very wrong, I didnt trial watch, but how much came from the roommates and/or who found him dead and called 911?

From Tupelo's post back in 2016 (sorry I'm replying so much later; I just only read it right now)
Hmmm... hey, I totally get what she's saying, and I'd feel the exact same way, but isn't Travis' family supposed to be extra-super Christian-y? I know I'm nit-picking, BUUUUT, if I remember correctly, he & his family were very religious and pretty public about it, right? And yet he was banging the heck out of Jody. He was doing all kinds of things with her, semi-secretly, and then putting on his devout face in public. NO I'M NOT VICTIM BLAMING. I'm not. And I get it that he was a healthy young man with, uh, needs & desires. It's just that I was raised as a Catholic, and suppressive religious hypocrites piss me off. "Jesus said what about WHAT?!" Uh... no. I'm pretty sure Jesus allegedly said to forgive thine enemies, or somethin' like that, even if it's unnatural, and not to delight in their suffering. But I'll give Travis's sister the benefit of the doubt here and assume that the Jody Experience caused her to question & move away from some of her early religious teachings.Arias "will rot in prison for the rest of her pathetic life," Sorensen wrote. "She will die in their [sic] and that brings me joy, never to see the beauty of the world again, never to enjoy the fine things of life, never to enjoy the holidays with her family again and that is exactly what she deserves for taking away our brother from us because if she couldn?t have him she made it so no one could."
Sorensen continued, "I'm at peace knowing the monster is rotting in prison until the day she passes away from this life and enters into yet another prison where she will stay until she is sent to her eternal home in hell burning within the flames 🔥
I'm confused. Can anyone enlighten me? Do Mormons believe in Purgatory too? Because it doesn't sound like she's saying Jody will go straight to Hell once she dies in prison. There's another bad place BEFORE Hell? In the Morman religion I mean.
I think what made me dislike Jodi most than other murderers were the autopsy photos. The pic of his throat slit is shocking.
Imagine seeing your family member like that. I can't blame them for hating her.
But Mormonism IS an offshoot of Christianity, I think? It's hard to believe there are so many different interpretations of what Jesus said & did. So many different rules & rituals. Surely there are more differences than similarities?<--not that I've actually done a tally...
Fuck Trump. If Mormans generally support Trump, that's a strike against them imo. God I've become sooo negative about Big Organized Religion.
Nor do I. She butchered him. I hated the man who murdered my sister after she left him, and I'm not ashamed to say that I was glad to learn that he suffered significant, painful, long-term health problems before he died. I know that's not a Good Christian attitude to have, but that is honestly the way I feel.
It seems that they go to the spirit world where they have to wait for the resurrection to happen.

Hi everybody!! Thanks for letting me join. Reading all this is very interesting. I was just thinking....Jose Baez is 2 for 2..... what kind of tricks could he have come up with? Think he could have gotten her a not guilty??? Just pondering....LOL
i know travis was mormon because his grandmother was (he converted after moving in with her), not sure the rest of the siblings are mormons, i know a few aren't but can't remember which ones.
Has anyone heard anything about the psycho? Must be killing her to be out of the spotlight.
