Seriously though I'd be cool with making semi-automatics available SOLELY for use at gun ranges, not available for purchase by the general public. Like how you can do those "exotic car experiences" or whatever: nobody NEEDS a Maserati when a Ford will get them from point A to B, and also, driving a Maserati at 200mph on a regular highway is seriously dangerous.
Anyway, I don't think they have a case, just because the range appears not to have broken any laws. UNLESS they can show that the employee training and procedures don't cover everything. Like I dunno guns, but it seems like the physics of a teaching a child to shoot a gun would be different than teaching an adult? Things like height, weight, maybe arm length and strength?
