I cant stand she is called a beautiful photographer on the cover, this is going to make her so happy. I think she loves her predicament, she is a rock star in her eyes with all the international attention and fame, but she is actually infamous like other murderers. I would imagine most of us here when in our 20s were considered beautiful too when all dolled up. IMO she is average at best.

Subject change, I was thinking if I was a juror, the phone sex tape where he says he doesn't like Spiderman but thinks Batman is okay, then why the hell would he send her spidey pants if he doesn't like spidey, he flat out said that. And who discusses which superheros they like anyway. She must have not remembered that when she made up the spideys or said that knowing he didn't like spidey to 'stab him in the afterlife'. she must have never imagined the phone sex would be found. i think it was on the old helio she was no longer using, but still kept. Oh man, I had only seen her response, not the giggle afterwards. That is too much Is she really this stupid?

My jaw dropped and I inappropriately laughed. Not because I thought it was funny, but because I didn't know what else to do. It was an uncomfortable laugh. I watched a little more and I can't believe how she is speaking to the prosecutor. The way she is talking to him doesn't look/sound like a woman who is afraid of men.

She is really that full of herself and unable to control her actions. If you knew you were up against life or death based on your potential ability to keep yourself composed I am pretty sure most of us would. She sees herself as totally above everyone and in control in her mind. I can guarantee she thinks she did an awesome job. This is how messed up she truly is and it should give us a very good view into her mind and what happened in June 2008.

I've said that about the "Spidey's" too. He didn't like Spiderman, but that is what he sent her. Nevermind that they took a trip down sexcapade lane in that convo. He mentioned how much he loved the braids, but said nothing of the undies when Spiderman was brought up? "I hate the movies but the undies are hot on you?" That just sticks with me. As does her demeanor after like she was faking. You heard her excitement and enjoyment. I loved Zero Dark Thirty. Incredibly accurate. I didn't want to see it, but I had to. One of my family members was injured in the 12/30 bombing that was depicted. I went with that family member to see it.

Delusional is right!!! I always want to call it "www.jodiariassobviousynotinnocent.com", but that is just too much to write out every time. I used to check it out every few days...back when the comments were only about 100 per day. Now the comments are around 500-700 per day. The format is the absolute worst.

The documentary "Dear Zachary" was one of the most heart wrenching documentaries I've ever seen. I didn't know anything about the case and was totally not expecting the awful things that happened. :(

Just read on another site that originally Jodi was prepared to say that Travis was caught watching/downloading kiddie porn on his computer. But after finding out that the investigators had found nothing on his computer, changed her story to the "pics on the bed" version. Matt apparently didn't get the notice, and when interviewed, recounted the porn on the computer version.

Also, her hair color. I think Matt said when interviewed that she had blond hair when she stopped at his place on the way to kill Travis. She claims/claimed her hair was brown at the time, but it wasn't, that is not until she stopped in Salinas after visiting Matt, to get it dyed brown/auburn to avoid being noticed (like she turned down the "flashy" red car rental), though she claims she just stopped to have her nails done.

Maybe all that blonde hair bleach made her infertile? I have pondered on this for awhile because I seriously think she would have 'oopsed' Travis if she could have. At this point I think it would be wise to focus on 2 big ones. Histrionic and codependent. Fuck everything else. Sociopathic and psychopathic behavior comes and goes to her when she can benefit from them. But the 2 constants I have seen illustrated in her life since 1996 to present are being at the center of everyone's attention, and keeping her men hooked, put in despotic places, & even turning into similar people like them and vice versa.

Codependent isn't an actual psychiatric condition as acknowledged in the DSM. No one can be diagnosed as codependent. It's a term that was came from AA and caught on heavy in the 80s. It desribes a pattern of behavior that may exist here but a lot of professionals consider it questionable and wouldn't throw around a term that has no scientific basis.

I'm in the same camp that hates Jodi being called a photographer.

I think she just used photography as a way to create an identity for herself and to compensate for her social deficits. If you're always behind the camera, its an easy way to cover that you are not fully engaged with the people around you. Also, it gives her something to draw attention to herself - saying she is a photographer go over much better with new people she is trying to impress than saying she is a waitress who changes jobs every few months. So I can definitely understand why she would cling to such a description.

When you click on one of the reply options, is AlisonL's post showing up in your post box? If it is, click cancel. That usually works for me. Also, maybe you were going to multiqoute, previously, and didn't. If you clicked the little multiquote thing and didn't post, it still thinks it's marked for a quote. Go back to the post you were going to quote and uncheck the multiquote thing.

I too have thought about why she didn't try to play the pregnancy card. Especially with a religious guy such as Travis, where an abortion would be an absolute no go. I'm curious if she ever tried to pull a few times when she wasn't even pregnant with him, but told him she was.

As far as trapping Darryl, she wasn't crazy about him the way she was about Travis.
