It always seems like poor Flores gets the brunt of the anger when the Defense is being retarded.
Something about the interview he gave on 48 Hours. I wish I could watch that 48 Hours episode. I thought they'd air it during the trial since they took it off the website.

I've checked back to their site so many times hoping it was back up. I'm thinking they do intend to re-air it with new footage soon.
well, actually... it did seem like he kept saying, 'if something else happened, or someone else was there, you have to make me believe.' then again, maybe he was just giving her an opportunity to make herself look even more guilty.
also, i guess the reason we all thought he was shot first was because that was her story. she didn't really say too much about the stabbing, only that they shot him and she didn't see anything else.that could be why the detective kept going with the shot first thing - he was just following her story to see where it would go.

Martinez is a douche. I know he's passionate about his job but you can't berate your witnesses. You have to save that for the defense witnesses.
