Grande went on to explain that she was simply trying to express her frustration with some Americans' eating habits and the high rates of obesity in the country, but admitted, "I should have known better in how I expressed myself."
It appears that Lowe isn't willing to let her get away with making comments critical of America. In fact, it doesn't seem like he's willing to let any musical artist get away with that, even if the comments were made years ago.
As we all remember, the Dixie Chicks famously criticized President Bush during a concert in London over 12 years ago. At least Lowe's criticism is timely, and now we all know for sure that he "actually [loves] America."Rob Lowe

This is the moment the lead singer of 3 Doors Down stopped the band's concert to kick out a man he saw push a woman during the show.
Brad Arnold had just began to singing the song Citizen Soldier when he said 'hang on hang on, hey woah, woah, woah' and signaled for the band to stop playing.
'Hey, hey homie,' he then yelled, pointing to a man near the stage. 'You don't hit a woman. You just pushed a woman out of the way to get into a fight, you d***.'
'Get him the hell out of here,' Arnold can then be heard saying as the audience erupted into cheers. 'F*** you man, you don't hit a woman.'
The moment at a Broomfield, Colorado concert last Tuesday was captured in a video taken by a fan and was later posted onto YouTube by the band's lead guitarist Chris Henderson.
Henderson told CNN that the man had been trying to fight someone else in the crowd and pushed the woman, who was in the middle of them.
'The fact that she was there wasn't going to stop him from killing everything in his way,' he said.
Henderson said Arnold immediately stopped the show to make sure no-one got hurt and the man was instantly removed by security.
'You see people fight in the crowd all the time,' he told E! News. 'In the past Brad has said for people to calm down and love each other but this was ultra aggressive in our eyes.'
'It was so aggressive that he stopped the show for the first time in 15 years to address it head on with the guy.'
Henderson said he posted the video because it was 'chivalry at its best'.
Arnold later apologized to the crowd for using profanity during the incident, something that the Mississippi band's management said was a 'shock' coming from the singer.
'He's got the best heart out there,' JP Durant told CNN. 'He knows there's family in the crowd.'
But Henderson said he's happy that Arnold spoke out in the moment, which has since been viewed more than a million times on YouTube.
'You can't be afraid,' he said, 'to stand up for what you believe.'

Demi's daughters, Rumer Willis, 26, Scout Willis, 23 and 21-year-old Tallulah Willis, were also not thought to be at the house at the time.
But one of the star's neighbours claimed to TMZ that her kids have been throwing "parties every day, day and night" at the house for weeks.
The neighbour also claimed there are frequent pool parties.
