I was about to day...but thanksgiving! Then I remembered

Yesterday I made an awesome "guilt-free" cake. It's fucking delicious.

Cake:
White cake mix + one can of pumpkin + 1/2 can of water. Mix.
Bake at 350 for 30min (depending on pan size).

Topping:
One box of sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding. Make with skim milk.
Mix set finished pudding with one container of fat free cool whip.


Let cake cool and top. Keep leftovers in fridge.


I don't eat "diet" things because they usually suck. This in no way tastes like you're skimping out on any delicious, and it's significantly lower in fat and calories than regular cake.

I don't remember anything at the moment, because I'm not actually awake yet (shhhh!), but if you toss a whole cube of that in a marinade for like an hour or so before you start cooking, it really helps! It also helps if you fry it a bit before you cut it up.

Thank God I'm not allowed to eat soy. I need never think about what to do to make tofu edible again.

PD - when we were trying to figure out what was wrong with me (pr-dianodis) I asked if I should go GF because my mom kept shouting from the mountain at me about. Her f's daughter went GF and it fixed all her pronlems, so surely the same would happen for me. When I asked, my doctor immediately was lie "oh no! Not only would it not benefit you, it's a real pain in the ass."

About a year later my bf found out she has all these food allergies. Now she's basically vegan and GF. So we're always trying to ensure we have friendly food in the house for her. Let me tell you, finding vegan GF bread for stuffing is becoming a task!!
