EMTs rushed John Doe to a hospital after a medical emergency. He succumbed within the intensive care unit shortly thereafter. Deceased had multiple IDs with names of Roger S. Smith, Gerald Brown, Peter Turner using various DOB's. He had a form from the Pima County Arizona Health Department. He's thought to be a transient, apparently hiding his true identity.
His fingerprints had been removed, though there is debate over whether it was done intentionally or just happened.
