According to the Cassville Police Department, 49-year-old John Forsyth did not show up to work at Mercy Hospital in Cassville Sunday evening. His car was later found at a park in Cassville.

Law enforcement says he stays in a trailer near the hospital when he works in Cassville. Police believe that after he left the clinic, he went back to his trailer for a short amount of time.

Police say his car had been sitting in a waste area in the park that is kind of hidden at least since noon Sunday. Police went to the car and saw the keys still in it, and the doors unlocked.

I don't mean for this to sound offensive, but my Gaydar is going off with this guy big time.

First of all, he stays in a trailer? He's a Doctor so he should be making decent enough money to rent an apartment there since he's probably there a lot. It just seems strange to me because I don't relate doctors with trailer parks lol.

I really hope that he's found safe and sound, but my twisted scenario is that he was living a double life. His job gave him the alibi and privacy enough from his fianc? for hooking up with other Men. Maybe got hooked up with the wrong guy and he did something to him.

I could be completely off my rocker with that theory, but I've never claimed to be sane.

I don't think anyone killed him because he was gay, I could be wrong. I'm just pointing out that my Gaydar is going off with him.

That article also mentions that his Brother had dinner with him recently and that he was overjoyed because his divorce was finalized and was able to move on with his new fiance. That his brother thought that he was in a really happy place in his life and that he was able to move on with his fiance. They don't mention who the fiance is.

The brother of an ER doctor and crypto millionaire discovered dead in a lake has said that police are treating the death as a homicide.

Speaking to DailyMail.com, his brother Richard said that they had dinner just days before he disappeared and said his behavior prior to his death were not 'the actions of a person who kills himself.'

'On May 17, which was four days before my brother went missing, he and I had a three hour dinner. We had, I suppose in retrospect, a very long goodbye.

Missouri ER doctor whose body was found in Arkansas lake died by suicide, officials say

Detectives with the Benton County, Arkansas, sheriff's office said Thursday that Forsyth died of a gunshot wound to the head. An autopsy by the chief medical examiner at the Arkansas State Crime Lab concluded the death was a suicide.

"Detectives have not been able to find any information or evidence that would lead us to dispute the medical examiner's findings," the sheriff's statement said. "If objective and relevant physical evidence becomes available, those leads will be investigated on a case-by-case basis."

The statement also said that as part of their investigation, sheriff's officials found surveillance videos of Forsyth riding a bicycle to Beaver Lake. They said the bicycle was discovered near where Forsyth's body was found.

The apparent mystery surrounding Forsyth's death - and lack of details made public - brought his case national attention. He was engaged after divorcing a previous wife twice, and his brother, Richard, described him as excited about the upcoming marriage and a new child with his fiancee and had a plane ticket to go see one of his daughters.

Online publications covering cryptocurrency quickly took note of his death. His brother said after that before his brother's death, John Forsyth had made cryptic remarks about being in danger.

Richard Forsyth told OzarksFirst there was one person who they believed was upset with his brother, but that individual was overseas, and he said he was confident the incident is not relevant to the investigation.

Only 10 days before John Forsyth's disappearance, a judge had finalized Forsyth's second divorce, requiring him to pay an additional $15,000 a month to his ex-wife and $3,999 a month to support four of their children. But the split was amicable, according to family members and the ex-wife's attorney.

Im not saying this is the case, but I heard about an ER doctor that slept 3 hours a night for 20 years and got dementia at 50. Paranoia is a common symptom. This guy thought people were after him.

Regardless, he was very dedicated to his job, and being an ER doctor is EXTREMELY stressful. My uncle did it for about a year, and got PTSD.

I think a lot of these doctors dont get help and are expected to "keep it together" nomatter what. He saw some shit.

Im not surprised he killed himself. It makes the most sense. Think horses, not zebras.
