All those case charges against the funeral home (posted one page back from heartbroken) some of those could be explained away.

An employee could have minor wrecks in the funeral home's business car.

The child custody stuff- a parent could have filed child support orders against an employee at the funeral home and the courts address the suits against the employer because they want to garnish wages. Totally normal.

Some of the other- when relatives fight over stuff- they file court orders and those orders are served to funeral homes until an emergency hearing can be established. my Ex SIL tried the same BS with me and my mother. She wanted the funeral home to stop the arrangements me and my mom made and she wanted to take over. We had to file emergency papers and get my brother's divorce papers to prove she had no standings.

I just looked up my brother's funeral home. It also had a lot of similar court filings against them.

Not saying I'm right or know exactly why those were filed.....I'm just saying it could just be typical filings that's common with that line of work.

Look at the way you lash out here when you think you've been slighted. That response would be magnified a thousand-fold in a close personal relationship (I'm not just basing my opinion on your behaviour here, your own explanation of events surrounding the breakup are very telling too).
