And here I thought TupeloHoney was Joking.
And here I thought TupeloHoney was Joking.
So this thread is worse than the tostee one. All in favour of closing it?
Based on discussions with investigators, Bill, and Mission Park and both direct and circumstantial evidence (I will not be sharing any evidence on this board that hasn't been discussed already), I've come to three conclusions.
1. My sister's body was stolen before she could be cremated. I don't know who stole her. Could have been an employee, Heartbroken1, Heartbroken2, Heartbroken3, or some stranger off the street. Either way, there was no accidental cremation or misplaced body.
2. Mission Park and its employees have been fully cooperative with SAPD from day 1. Throughout this investigation each and every employee has been questioned and has passed a polygraph.
3. Bill has not been cooperative with SAPD. And has been given every opportunity to take a polygraph but refuses.
And Bill, you said I've done three odd things since this started. If I've only done three odd things, compared to you, I think I'm doing pretty well for myself.
How old was Julie when she started seeing this douche bag? What was their age difference? Anyone know?
I'm disgusted with you and anyone else that thinks I took her.
I don't have to take a polygraph.
.... and honestly I'm starting to think you're getting enjoyment out of this.
You must be disgusted with a shit load of people right about now.
Why did you call Tipps when I told you I filed a complaint with their licensing board?
Because I knew you were full of shit but wanted to verify it. And yes, you were/are full of shit.
Not only that but apparently the only real reason the funeral home staff are collectively in the clear is that police claim they all passed polygraphs.
THIS MEANS **NOTHING**
Polygraphs aren't even admissible in U.S courts are they? They sure as shit aren't allowed in Aus or the U.K & just about any other Western democracy. There's a reason for this - a good reason.
If polygraphs are all they have clearing the employees who had opportunity & means THEN THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING CLEARING THOSE EMPLOYEES so can we please stop pretending Bill is the only possible culprit.
& meh to the bans, pretty sure the people out there who think he's guilty would greatly prefer he be allowed to keep talking.
I don't know anyone in Julie's family and found out about this case due to it being in the news. My heart went out to Julie as I've known so many people w CF. Most were people in my care as a health care worker and 2 others were close friends. People w CF struggle their whole lives just to be able to live. Many spend 4 plus hours a day on breathing treatments and after spending all their time on life saving treatments, they barely have the energy to do anything else they might enjoy. Most w CF did want to be cremated as it allowed them to make a choice and have one final say and power over the body that had failed them. To think that Julie's body continues to have power over her spirit even after her death is heart breaking.
So, like I said, I don't know a single person involved in this case, but it does seem worthwhile to keep this thread open as hopefully the police are reading it as well. Heartbroken 1,2 and 3 has spilled out enough inconsistencies and just plain bullshit that it looks like the police could do some kind of search warrant on him. He even admitted to smoking weed, so I'm sure he could be jailed on some unrelated cause.
I hope that justice can be found in this case. Julie and her family have gone through enough. I'm surprised someone in her family hasn't stomped the crap out of Heartbroken/Bill by now. Ya'll are from Texas and Texans don't take no crap, as in Don't mess w Texas. Joking aside, we need Justice for Julie. I hope that this forum can be a venue for finding out the truth of what happened to her.
Jon why was it important whether I filed the complaint with their licensing board or not?
Not all of them took one
